GOOD EXPERIENCE

THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS VERY POOR THOUGH THE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS GOOD. jUICE CAME ONLY AFTER T5HE BREAKFAST WAS OVER FOR A COUPLE OF GUESTS.

THE BOOKING WAS DONE THROUGH BOOKING.COM WHICH CLEARLY SAID THAT PAYMENT WAS TO BE MADE ONLY AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. BUT EVERY HALF AN HOUR THERE WERE MAILS THAT ADVANCE WAS TO BE PAID, INITIALLY MESSAGES SAI8L FULL AMOUNT AND LATER HALF THE AMOUNT AND LASTLY INFORMING THAT THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AS NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE RECEPTION DESK WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID THAT NO NEED OF ADVANCE PAYMENT AND I CAN PAY AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN/OUT.

Great place with VERY friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and caring! The place was clean and comfortable and very accommodating.

Cons:

The hand wash and body wash was almost empty, and toilet roll was low - both didn't get replenished.

Nice stay. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable.
Pros:

It was close to my work place. I had a very good time. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the terrace sit out too. Jeevan and Deepak were very friendly and polite. All others too were really nice.

Cons:

Nothing of that sort.

Very good place to stay within good budget
Pros:

Staff were very professional and the Hotel was at a very good location and it was very clean and well maintained

There was a issue with the Breakfast, the service was slow n limited options but it was well managed and was good.
