Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location, allowing you to fully experience the peaceful atmosphere of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very practical. For the price, it’s definitely one of the best-value places you can find in Asia.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho este hotel, las camas son muy cómodas y muy limpio. La ubicación está perfecta cerca de restaurantes y del Night Market. Es personal muy amable y atento, sin duda volvería a repetir.

Frühstück war begrenzt auf einige wenige Gerichte !
Das Bett wurde innerhalb 1 Woche nicht frisch bezogen obwohl es schmutzig war.TV hatte keinen Empfang und etliche Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett fehlten im Zimmer .

Not a very good experience
Pros:

Hygiene is not an issue. For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Chinese cuisine.

Cons:

Even though the room was advertised as having a "riverside view," I was assigned a room on the ground floor. Naturally, the river wasn't visible, making the description false. Since the location is far from the city center, renting a motorbike is essential. The staff were unfriendly and looked annoyed whenever I asked them something. I had already felt uneasy before the trip because of the even worse reviews on Google Maps; I really should have checked those reviews beforehand.

Traditional and Modern
Pros:

Traditional style building, overlooking the river from the top floor balcony was really nice. My room had timber floors, trim and beautiful timber ceilings, with timber furniture and a modern fully tiled bathroom. Good lighting and window shutters to keep it dark and private were great. Aircon plus ceiling fan.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, plus a good breakfast was served in the reception area.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I judged from the photos, but still ok.
There is a wardrobe, but not really any bench space for your stuff. I brought in a small table from outside.
Supplied bicycles would be handy, as its a fair walk to night markets etc.

Excellent séjour dans cet hotel magnifique à prix très doux.
Pros:

Hotel de charme, idéalement situé au bord de la rivière, à 50 mètres du majestueux Mékong, dans un site très tranquille tout en étant à deux pas des plus beaux temples, du centre-ville et des restaurants.
Personnel adorable, attentif et serviable.

Hotel situé au calme, au bord de la rivière, mais à deux pas du centre-ville et des restaurants.

Bueno, bonito y barato.
Pros:

El hotel estaba en una zona tranquila, pero aún así no estaba muy lejos andando de las zonas principales. Lo que más destaco es la ayuda del personal que fueron muy amables siempre, incluso aunque no quisimos limpieza durante nuestra estancia, nos dejaron una botellas de agua y papel higiénico de recambio. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía corta.

Cons:

Lo que mejoraría, aunque es bastante personal, es las almohadas porque eran demasiado duras para mi gusto, pero esto como digo es también gusto personal.

Y también al estar al lado del río se escucha ruido de las chicharras por ejemplo, pero para nosotros no supuso problemas ya que dormirnos con tapones.

お得、綺麗でお薦め。
Pros:

綺麗で写真通りだった。道が目の前にあるが、静かだった。朝食もよし。
隣がローカル人気店で5時ぐらいから賑やかだが、22時は終わる。スタッフも親切だった。
WIFI もOK 、仕事も出来た。
