A nice place to stay
Pros:

Lovely building overlooking the river Nam Khan. Beautiful family hosts. Upstairs room has river views. Fan in our room only has one speed which is very high so we had to use the aircon. Balcony is good but they allow smoking.
Amenities in room are not replenished except for water. Not Tea/coffee etc. Breakfast is basic with half a dozen choices and fruit is provided. Coffee needs improvement. The room needs a luggage rack rather than having your suitcases on the floor and a clothes airer would be great. Location is good - very quiet but it is a 1.3km walk into town (night market etc).

I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my family and found it to be a great value for the money. The accommodation was comfortable and well-suited for a family stay, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout our visit.

The service was also a highlight of our experience. Although there appeared to be only one main staff member managing the property, they handled everything efficiently and provided excellent service. Their attentiveness and dedication ensured that our needs were well taken care of during our stay.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast. The menu was quite limited and essentially the same each day, with only a small selection to choose from. Offering more variety or introducing a buffet-style breakfast would greatly enhance the overall dining experience for guests staying multiple nights.

Pros:

Nice view of the Nam Khan River which merges into the Mekong river not far from the hotel. Big clean room with a balcony. All toiletries are furnished. For breakfast you choose a drink and a main dish, and it's served with a plate of fruits. Last but not least, the host speaks good english, is very accommodating and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this family-owned villa, run by an incredibly warm and hospitable young couple. The riverside location is unbeatable and perfectly convenient, just a short walk to the Old Town and most major attractions in Luang Prabang. I was generously upgraded to a spacious room, and the charming balcony with a river view was definitely the highlight. I also really enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. The host is extremely helpful. He even lent me his scooter to go exchange money when I urgently needed cash. Highly recommend!

located part of LP. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning was a real
plus too. Staff are very friendly and helpful- we rented scooters and booked onward travel to Nong Khiaw through them and everything was seamless. Very highly recommended

Wczesne zameldowanie. Dobre WiFi. Śniadanie jest od 8, ale przygotowano je dla nas o 6:45 na życzenie. Można wybrać z karty danie i napój. Jest skromne, bez szału. Pokój czysty. Pościel, ręczniki również czyste. Stan poduszek bez komentarza. Generalnie ładny obiekt z drewnianymi elementami. Dobre ciśnienie wody. W pokoju lodówka, czajnik, kawa, herbata, woda.

Pokój trochę ciemny i daleko od centrum (na samym końcu wyspy).
Nie jest to komentarz to obiektu, ale inni Europejczycy wstydźcie się! Tylko dlatego, że macie pieniądze nie znaczy, że możecie urządzać rozboj w nocy (krzyki, głośna muzyka) i zachowywać się jak panicze. Wstyd, że to właśnie reprezentujcie sobą.
