فندق خمس نجوم يجب ان تكون الغرفة نظيفة
لم ينظفو الغرفة لغم اني كلمتهم بالهاتف و وضعت اشارت التنظيف للأسف تفاجأت، دخلت و الغرفه مأساه و كلمتهم قلتلهم لماذا الغرفه لم تنظف تأسفوا و قالو سنرسل لك احد لينظفها ولم يرسلو احد للاسف هاذي اخر مره اسكن في هاذا الفندق

Rooms cleanniness should be improved including smell, reception staff taking the booking should be polite and cooperativ

Staff at the reception was non co-operative. and booking.com booking was not sync with hotel booking system, had to wait for sometime, washroom and room was smelly.

Nice however would’ve loved to use the facilities and a quieter place.

I like the view the office in the room and the service

Cons:

I didn’t like the noises it was too loud. They sent the security team and yet it they couldnt resolve the issue and told me that they’re was no sounds. The pool was full and we weren’t able to enter due to holiday season.

Swimming pool area dose'nt has suitable resturant for family , they have only one maxican resturant that kids not able to eat from it, and they forced to eat it there , not allow to bring and eat from out side, they saud if u would like to bring from out side u have to eat at the room and u can come back to the pool, is it logiac ?? To take all the family up from the pool and then will go back ! Either u should had suitable resturant for family or u should allow to bring from out,
Other thing, not all residants has discount at the hotel resturant, i try 2 resturant and they told me your room dosent has facility to get the discount.
Also they should put at the room more water specially we are at summer time and too hot,
