Millenium Manuel Antonio Park and beach

One bed room and much less comfortable compared to the room with two beds but you got what you paid for.

Breakfast could be a little bit better in my opinion, some more variety from day to day and more typical Costa Rican. But nothing to complain about and for the price of the room including breakfast I think the breakfast was fair.

Lo que me gustaría que cambiara fuera el cambio de desayunos. Se vio muy aburrido por su constante del mismo menú. Y que cuando las de servicio limpian no aparquen el aire acondicionado ya que en varios días lo hicieron y eso me molestó mucho porque la calor era insoportable. Pero si recomiendo con toda la confianza y actitud a este rincón donde disfrute junto a mi esposo.

El desayuno estaba incluido, sin embargo era rico el sabor, pero era estilo bufete y tenia pocas opciones para elegir la hora era de 7 a 9 de la mañana y a las 8:45 estaban retirando la comida, cabe recalcar que los alimentos en sabor estaban muy bien.

No hospitality. There are deep rooted issues behind the hotel management.
Even through the past guests have similar issues and claims about the noise, poorly maintained facilities, the hotel remains the new guests secrets.

Noise levels were high at night due to upstairs neighbors.

We liked everything. We enjoyed Espadilla Sur Beach but after visiting the park wish we had known about playa Manual Antinio in the park. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen and it seems alot of people in the know pay the $7 and go into M.A. Nat. Park for the day just to use this beach.

Todo bien, me gustaría que en el desayuno también tuviera la opción del Gallo pinto.

Very disappointing stay. The balcony door in our room did not close properly, which is a serious security issue — anyone could potentially access the room and our belongings. This should be a basic standard for any accommodation.
On top of that, the parking situation was completely misleading. The listing clearly states that parking is included for one vehicle per unit, but when we arrived, there was no space available. We were told parking is not reserved, yet right in front of us another car was allowed in because they had “asked to keep a spot.” That makes no sense and feels very unfair.
As a result, we now have to pay $10 per day for parking for three days, even though it was advertised as included.
To make things worse, the AC was not working and there was often no internet during our stay, which made the experience even more frustrating.

El trato despectivo de la recepción del hotel por ser ticos

We have a legal dispute with the hotel. We had dropped off clothes to be washed. They offered a laundry and drying service. We only wanted to have the clothes washed. The clothes were washed at a temperature of over 30 degrees, and they also put the clothes in the dryer without consulting us. In short, the only clothes I had brought for our 3-week tour of Costa Rica are severely damaged.

During the conversation at the reception, we were laughed at by the owner. Eventually, the owner, "Donna", acknowledged her employee's mistake and said that we could get our money back through Booking.com. She also sent a message to Booking.com admitting her mistake. She let us read this message.

It now turns out that she lied to us. Booking.com claims that this is not the correct procedure and that we should get our money back from the hotel because we paid for the overnight stays directly to them. Shortly after she said we were entitled to a refund from Booking.com, she transferred only 25 euros to our account. This proves that she took advantage of us. With this, she shows that she was fully aware that Booking.com was not the party from whom she was supposed to receive a refund. In addition to her admission of guilt in her message to Booking.com, she also demonstrates that they are in the wrong in this dispute.

Once home, we received a message in which she stated that she had made no mistakes and that we would not be compensated for the damage. Suddenly, according to the hotel, we were even liars. This confirmed our unpleasant premonition.

What's more, she indicated in her message that she had no duty of care regarding the washing and drying of other people's items. She even called us arrogant in her message!

Finally, I discovered that bed bugs were present. The next day, I was itching all over.

In short, do not book at this hotel!

The service is very poor. My girlfriend and I have never experienced such treatment of guests!
