El personal que trabaja ahí me ayudo a solucionar fácilmente un teme de hora de entrada que tenía , me pareció un excelente trato al cliente
Mientras no estabamos en la habitación , el personal de limpieza entró a la habitación a cambiar paños y producto de higiene, eso puede ganerar algún tipo de incomodidad en los huéspedes , RECALCÓ , NO SE NOS PEDIO NADA TODO ESTABA EN SU LUGAR , solo entraron mientra no estábamos y eso puede generarles algún tipo de problema al hotel
La ubicación está muy bien
Tuve que decirles que me cambiaran las fundas de las almohadas porque estaban sucias. Los muebles de la habitación estaban rotos y sucios. El aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte, pero es que en la habitación de mis tios no funcionaba el aire. El wifi no funcionaba y tampoco hay muy buena cobertura, si tienes que trabajar es imposible. El desayuno muy poca variedad, ademas de que ponian poca cantidad. La habitación de mi suegra era adaptada para minusvalidos y el colchon era de muy mala calidad, tuvimos que cambiarle la habitación. Y ya lo peor es que en mi habitación no habia agua caliente.
La ubicación ya que esta a 50mts de la entrada al parque Manuel Antonio,
Y a 400 mts de la playa caminando. tiene un restaurante a 20 mts con una comida muy rica.
Nos atendió William super servicial.
Lo mas valorado es la ubicacion en la entrada del parque. dejas el auto y luego puedes ir a todos lados caminando, hay varias opciones para comer y tomar. la piscina es agradable despues de un dia en la playa, el aire acondicionado de las habiataciones es buenisimo. Durante el dia parace ser un ambiente ruidoso, por la cantidad de personas que estan en la calle, pero despues de las 6 pm todo se despeja y hay calma. El ambiente dentro del hotel es muy calmado .
Pueden mejorar los acabados de la infraextructura. Son detalles esteticos que dan mejor imagen al hotel.
La ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de la playa y el parque nacional Manuel Antonio.

Die Nähe zum National-Park ist super, die Anlage ist klein aber gut, das Frühstück gut weil Buffet, die Erreichbarkeit mit Bus geht gut
Die Ausschilderung an der Strasse, die Aufnahme bei der Annahme etwas sehr sachlich aber korrekt, das Zimmer war leider nicht vorklimatisiert und daher knuffig warm...

One bed room and much less comfortable compared to the room with two beds but you got what you paid for.
The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is right next to the entrance of the National Park (30 seconds) and only a 5 minute walk from the main beach Espadilla. The hotel was basic but had everything you need, including airco and a tv with Netflix. The pool has seen better days and is small but it works great as a place to cool down. Breakfast was also quite basic but good enough with eggs, fruit and cereals, tea and coffee. If you are looking for a convenient place to visit Manuel Antonio, this place is great. We didn't have a car and arriving and leaving by bus, other than that we did everything walking. The hotel offers a lot of tours as well. We did the zipline tour that was great, including transport and lunch. highly recommend.
Breakfast could be a little bit better in my opinion, some more variety from day to day and more typical Costa Rican. But nothing to complain about and for the price of the room including breakfast I think the breakfast was fair.
La tranquilidad La Paz de poder descansar y sin que nadie molestara. Su personal fue muy lindo y amable siempre con un toque de familia
Lo que me gustaría que cambiara fuera el cambio de desayunos. Se vio muy aburrido por su constante del mismo menú. Y que cuando las de servicio limpian no aparquen el aire acondicionado ya que en varios días lo hicieron y eso me molestó mucho porque la calor era insoportable. Pero si recomiendo con toda la confianza y actitud a este rincón donde disfrute junto a mi esposo.
Exelente la ubicación, se puede llegar a la playa caminando, y el parque nacional Manuel Antonio esta super cerca.
El desayuno estaba incluido, sin embargo era rico el sabor, pero era estilo bufete y tenia pocas opciones para elegir la hora era de 7 a 9 de la mañana y a las 8:45 estaban retirando la comida, cabe recalcar que los alimentos en sabor estaban muy bien.

No hospitality. There are deep rooted issues behind the hotel management.
Even through the past guests have similar issues and claims about the noise, poorly maintained facilities, the hotel remains the new guests secrets.
Close to the park, clean, cute, easy walk to the beach, good coffee and breakfast. Shopping nearby.
Noise levels were high at night due to upstairs neighbors.
Location was very convienent being so close to the park entrance. Lots of activity on the street but that quit after the park closed and everything quietened down. Front desk staff were very helpful right from booking till we left. Pool was nice & quiet and away from street noise.
We liked everything. We enjoyed Espadilla Sur Beach but after visiting the park wish we had known about playa Manual Antinio in the park. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen and it seems alot of people in the know pay the $7 and go into M.A. Nat. Park for the day just to use this beach.
