Great customer service for family on vacation
Pros:

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was consistently excellent. Every morning, Venessa at the front desk greeted us with a smile that made us feel truly welcome.
We had the unfortunate experience of having our flight to the next destination cancelled. Venessa understood our situation and kindly gave us an extra hour for checkout so we could figure out our next steps. She even helped arrange our taxi pickup.
Because of the language barrier, she walked us outside when the taxi arrived, helped with our luggage, and translated for us.
Trust me — the entire staff knows how to treat their guests. I’ll definitely return to this location the next time I’m in Asia.

Pros:

前日予約にも関わらず、とてもお得な料金で宿泊できました。また、子供の宿泊料が無料な点がとても良かったです。ホテル全体がおしゃれで清潔、アメニティも部屋の設備も素晴らしく広くて快適に過ごせました！

Great central place to stay. Would recommend
Pros:

Clean apartment with good facilities. Close to the main kyoto station with buses close by as well to get around. Lots of shops and places to eat close by. Able to leave luggage after check out of required

Cons:

Towels repqced and cleaning was done only once during a 4 night stay. You were told this at check in. Was manageable and when cleaning was done towels and coffee was replaced.

Pros:

The washing machine was really useful. Standard wash cycle complete in half an hour. The machine also tumble dryer but we didn't use this. We just hung the wet laundry in the bathroom overnight and set the extractor to the drying cycle and everything was dry the next day. Good size room. Comfy beds. Helpful staff

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer.
Pros:

Prachtige kamer met ruime bedden. Ook de slaapbank was zeer comfortabel. De ramen kunnen op een kier wat heerlijk frisse buitenlucht binnen kan laten (ipv de aanwezige airco).

Cons:

De ramen zijn van melkglas en kun je niet door naar buiten kijken.
