Von einer Metropole wie Istanbul, kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Das Hotel ist unscheinbar in Şişli, von außen bemerkt man es kaum. Einmal angekommen erkennt man wie gut das Hotel wirklich ist, das Personal ist super sympathisch und hilft gerne und gekonnt weiter. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und eine gute Ausstattung. Mir sind keine Mängel aufgefallen. Es gibt eine Dusche wo der Wasserdruck passt und die Temperatur lässt sich gut einstellen.

Nun zum wichtigsten: die Mitarbeiterin Naoual die extrem sympathisch ist und wie man merkt auch vom Fach. Sie versteht es einen Gast glücklich zu machen, Sie konnte mir sehr gute Tipps bezüglich Touristenattraktionen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr geben. Sie spricht perfektes Englisch und soll auch andere Sprachen können.

Der Aufenthalt ist immer nur so gut wie der Service und da hat Naoual den Unterschied gemacht.

Ich komme wieder!
