Ein Check-in nach 20 Uhr ist nicht möglich, was ich sehr unflexibel finde. Außerdem ist selbst das Rauchen auf dem Zimmerbalkon strikt verboten.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, die Ausstattung aber eher einfach und der Fernseher sehr klein. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem keinerlei Informationen zum WLAN. Weder das Passwort noch Hinweise zur Nutzung waren zu finden.
Besonders enttäuschend war für mich das Frühstück. Es wird rein vegetarisch angeboten. Wurst, Schinken oder andere Fleischprodukte gibt es überhaupt nicht. Darauf sollte meiner Meinung nach bereits bei der Buchung deutlich hingewiesen werden, da ich bei einem Hotelfrühstück zumindest eine übliche Auswahl erwartet hätte. Auf meine Frage wo st Wurst und Schinken ? War die Antwort: Dienstag ist rein vegetarisch !! Geht gar nicht !!! OK es ist ein Kurhotel jedoch ich war als Regulärer Hotelgast gebucht!

It is NOT a wellness resort, it is a "sanatorium " ! Our family was the only guests who is not sent here by doctors....so it is like a hospital but very bad and old time condition. On weekends they came to our room at 7 am by cleaning lady keys and wake us up because they had to clean before the patent's treatment!!! It was terrible. Perhaps it is good for medical patients but terrible for families and tourists. Never ever return...

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und neu

Cons:

Mann sollte freundlich sein beim ersten Mal anreisen. Ob das Personal wetten abschließt ob man anreisen wird oder nicht. Interessiert keinen Gast. Vorallem wenn es um die eigene anreisen geht. Und mit mir darüber zu diskutieren ich habe die wetten über mich beim ersten mal verstanden man musste es nicht noch einmal wiederholen, habe mich dadurch richtig unerwünscht gefühlt und war richtig sauer.
Am liebsten wäre ich sofort wieder gefahren.

Für eine Nacht, Preis/Leistung – eh ok.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett. Schöne Alpenvorlandgegend

Cons:

Mehr Kur-Feeling als Hotel-Feeling (Trainingsanzüge, Schlapfen etc.)
Stricktes Rauchverbot mit Hinweistafeln überall. Das schafft eine unangenehme prohibitive Atmosphäre. Kur, eh klar – Ausnahme könnte dennoch der Balkon sein.
Das Kurhotel wird vermutlich äußerst kosteneffektiv geführt (SeneCura?). Schlägt sich beim Frühstück nieder: Kaffee, Gebäck etc. nicht so gut, 9 Uhr erbarmungsloses Frühstückende.
