You can immediately feel how much care and attention has gone into every detail. Everything — the interiors, the atmosphere, the lighting, even the smallest touches — feels intentional and elegant.

The hotel has this rare ability to make you feel both inspired and completely relaxed at the same time.
We honestly didn’t want to leave.

Aurea Toledo made our stay in Toledo feel even more special, and we truly can’t imagine a better place to stay in the city.

Huge appreciation and respect to the entire team — your professionalism and attention to detail really stand out.

Great location and deluxe room with terrace was worth it
Pros:

Fabulous location in historic centre with lots of restaurants short 5-10 minutes walk from hotel. Delicious breakfast selection and specials on offer too. Deluxe room with terrace was amazing.

Cons:

Website for hotel does not show breakfast dining area and yet it is excellent.

Un hôtel comme un bijou
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner consistait en un buffet magnifique de produits sucrés, salés et on pouvait commander des spécialités de la maison. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à deux pas de la cathédrale et très calme. La chambre avait une vue superbe sur la ville et à notre arrivée nous avions un plateau de fruits pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. A la réception de l'hôtel, on peut déguster un bon verre de Cava ou de l'eau à la menthe. Deux réceptionnistes parlaient un français impeccable. Le personnel est attentionné et téléphone pour réserver des restaurants, un taxi. L'hôtel allie architecture ancienne et design. Un pur bonheur de séjourner dans cet endroit.

Cons:

On pourrait installer une douche séparée du bain pour les seniors que nous sommes mais l'infrastructure du lieu ne permet pas tout.

Fantastic location
Pros:

The building that houses the hotel is beautiful. The exposed brick and stone work has a very strong sense of history and gas a calm feel. The location was perfect and the room very nice albeit slightly dim. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The reception we received from one staff member was great but the reception from two of the other staff left a lot to be desired. One young woman appeared to be wishing she was anywhere but there and a young man walked with us to our car to get our luggage (we'd parked temporarily outside the cathedral) but then turned around and walked back to the hotel without lifting a finger or offering any help whatsoever.
Also, the light switches in the room were very difficult to work out.

Notre hotesse Siham était adorable, elle était au petit soin souriante et très professionelle. Grace à elle l’experience de l’hotel s’est faite ressentir de façon luxieuse. Je recommande fortement et nous reviendrons c’etait magique et que dire du spa !! Un pur bonheur !!!
