Pros:

Très bien situé, chambre confortable.

Cons:

La 1ere chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation. La gestionnaire expliquait que les photos sur Booking.com étaient aléatoires et ne pouvaient pas nécessairement correspondre. Cependant, elle ne savait pas quoi répondre au mesures fournies dans les mêmes descriptions... Après quelques temps, nous avons pu avoir la chambre identique à la description.

Noise from the inside, if you are in a room with balcony lots of noise from outside, light coming in through the room door from outside which makes it uncomfortable

Wonderful. We will come back!
Pros:

The room was big and the hotel is very nice, like a colonial old house.
Rome was sparkling clean, they have a valet parking with charming personnel (and on sharp on time). The hotel is very well located, a few blocks only from the zócalo. They allowed us to do an early check in and kindly kept our luggage after we checked out.
I highly recommend this hotel!
