Tattoo friendly onsen and the free bike rentals was super fun way to get around and explore. Location was good cause it 15/20 minute walk to the market and underground shopping. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel itself was pretty old it showed once you were in your room. The shower smelled like mildew but I just used the onsen downstairs. The onsen being tattoo friendly was great however the shower you take would shut off every 20 seconds so it was really annoying taking a shower before and after you get in the water. Also a bit of a walk from the elevator for those less able to be mobile.

L’hôtel est très très bien situé à 5 minutes a peine du métro avec un 7 eleven juste en face et de nombreux restaurants, café , boutique aux alentours.
Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil du début à la fin et aux petits soins.
L’hôtel dispose également de micro ondes à l’accueil , station avec du sucre , couvert , serviettes , Cottons ect en libre service à l’accueil ce qui est vraiment pratique également.
Mention ++ pour le local disposant de machines à laver et sèche linge qui s’est avéré très pratique durant notre séjour de quasiment 3 semaines au Japon.

Là chambre était super et très confortable , le seul bémol serait le manque de place pour de grosses valises comme c’était notre cas et les rideaux qui laissait passer le jour légèrement mais avec un masque de nuit c’était parfait .

Nous recommandons cet hôtel qui a notre sens à été le meilleur de tout notre séjour au Japon.

Ps : vous avez un petit restaurant juste en face collé au 7 eleven qui est fabuleux c’est le ao_kyoto1 sur Instagram

Amazing stay and great value
Pros:

my favorite stay in japan. amazing garden in the lobby, great breakfast options, cleaning was done daily for free , could rent umbrellas for free, bikes, was a 7 11 across the road and a nice books library on the corner. also the metro station is like 3 minute walk away. i would come back anytime !

Не было воды в номере, первый раз такое встречали, да вода есть внизу в кулере…но в номерах нет

One morning, we went down for breakfast and the staff laughed at us and said the breakfast was sold out. We had never experienced breakfast selling out before, and no one warned us that it could happen. When we checked in, they told us we could show up any morning and decide if we wanted breakfast.
