Great service.
Pros:

Service was very good. The staff were very helpful. We were discussing the directions among ourselves and the staff at the front desk heard us and took the initiative to step out from their counter to offer help. The warm porridge at night and self-service laundry made it very convenient for families travelling with children. We love the rooms too. Spacious and very clean.

Super rapport qualité prix , chambre très bien équipée , les serviettes de bains et douche sont emballéees et scellées super hygiène , bravo ! Les parties communes sont très classes et une bonne odeur de parfum vous accompagne jusqu'à votre chambre . Vous croiserai des robots autonome dans les parties communes , top modernité .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel et le buffet gratuit du soir est indigne , quelques trucs rassis qui traînent dans des plats , vous ne croiserai personne en dehors des clients hagards qui cherchent oû est le buffet , même pas de thé , pas d'eau le mieux serait de supprimer cette offre .
Si vous ne parlez pas chinois la communication va être très difficile car peux de personnes de l'équipe parle anglais et encore très mal .

It’s excellent, with walking distance to the lakeside and fantastic walk-only street shopping. You also have access to a good selection of nice, affordable restaurants. They allow you to take away coffee from breakfast even if you don’t buy breakfast — it says 'free coffee' and provides an abundant supply of one-time takeaway coffee cups. Free night snack food in a healthy Chinese tradition l, free laundry service (or DIY laundry), and free mineral water bottles are offered to meet your needs! Parcels to your room are delivered by very cute robot.
