Het was zalig!
Pros:

Een heel ruime kamer!
Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Ze checkten ons met veel plezier in om 7.30 uur smorgens.
Ze boden veel hulp ivm tao bao orders of andere vragen.
Groot pluspunt: elke keer nieuwe handdoeken in een afgesloten verpakking.

Cons:

Ruim ontbijt maar niet bepaald onze meug.
Een aantal westerse opties maar geen extreem breed aanbod.

La cortesia dello staff della reception (non parlano inglese ma attraverso wechat c'è un'ottima comunicazione)
Materasso e cuscini davvero comodi.

Cons:

La pulizia giornaliera della stanza è inesistente, semplicemente rifanno il letto.
La colazione è prettamente cinese e lo staff di servizio non c'è mai. Spesso finiscono le cose e difficilmente le rifocillano, inoltre capita spesso che nn puliscano e sparecchino i tavoli per gli altri ospiti e siccome la sala ristorante è piccola, è un grosso disagio!

Sentirsi a casa
Pros:

La totale pulizia. Le camere sono immacolate. Utilizzano metodi monouso per la pulizia e si vede. Avevo già provato la catena a a Shanghai e se tornassi in Cina, scegliere atour sempre. Inoltre ci hanno permesso un late check out gratuito perché avevamo il volo tardi. Jiuhao è stato davvero premuroso, lo ringrazio tantissimo. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Ci sono anche dei simpatici robot che consegnano il delivery in camera. Infine, accappatoi comodissimi e morbidi, asciugamani ampi e sempre puliti.

Cons:

Nulla, non si può trovare nulla di negativo!

Pros:

Atour hotel is well known for their comfy pillow!
Highly recommend this hotel to visitors visiting Beijing. Very great service by the hotel staff, great breakfast, great location and free supper!

My family and I have enjoyed our stay:)
