早餐用餐的地方舒適，環境潔淨明亮，餐點可口，唯獨蔬果慢磨機不太好使用，所附的蔬果數量與種類不多。

Cons:

響應全球因應氣候變遷，建議像洲際這樣大的飯店，可以於房間及公共場所提供垃圾分類垃圾筒，例如資源回收及一般垃圾想兩種，並請客人將資源回收垃圾用清水沖洗一下，相信住宿洲際飯店的客人都挺有水準可以瞭解配合。
另外戶外游泳池，許多家長帶小孩在戲水，造成泳池東一個西一個群聚，很難讓成人好好游泳，可否稍微管理一下，貼公告劃一個區塊給小孩戲水，一個區塊給成人可以來回游泳，如果都是小孩就可以開放全區域戲水等等。

基本上有國際酒店的水準，所用的浴室用品也是非常有水準的國際品牌，房間也很乾爽（不會潮濕感）

Cons:

就是我自帶的Dyson吹風機插頭有刮傷的痕跡，誏我很儍眼，卷髪筒也是有刮傷，不知道他們的清潔人員怎麼用的，另外早餐有待加強，餐點要提升菜色．應該要毎日有更換一下一些不同的＇才不會我住四天，4天全部一樣菜色

地點很棒，樓下就是草悟道文創市集，隔壁就是勤美誠品。飯店各項設備新穎

Cons:

作為國際飯店，僅提供罐裝水沒有提供飲水機，造成環境污染及浪費，建議可以新增以符合社會期待
