Nacht vs Preis = passend
Pros:

Für eine Nacht war es gut, das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Sehr feine Bettwäsche und aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit war der Boden immer etwas nass.

Gran lugar en la Fantástica.
Pros:

La Piscina panorámica es espectacular, la ubicación en Getsemaní es muy buena, cerca a la Torre del Reloj, con Restaurantes a pocos metros y es una zona segura. Habitación con buen Aire Acondicionado.

Cons:

Solo falta como disponer de un dispensador de Agua y Nevera para guardar cosas de los huéspedes. Y falta una luz individual en la litera.

Localização estratégica, staff amável e cafe da manhã delicioso!
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito gentis, a cama era bastante confortável (fiquei num quarto individual com banheiro) e achei a localização ótima! Está super perto da cidade murada e em um lugar estratégico de Getsemaní. O café da manhã era formidável 🩵. Adorei a terraza, a piscina era bastante limpa e a equipe de limpeza deixava o quarto sempre tinindo. Muito obrigada a todos pela estadia inesquecível

Kim el mejor hostal del sector
Pros:

Es el mejor hostal del sector, el ambiente, la terraza la piscina, su personal especialmente Yhani y el barman/DJ, la voluntaria francesa que fueron super amables, se esfuerzan por hacer eventos de integracion, la temperatura de las instalaciones y de las habitaciones espectacular apenas uno entra se siente la frescura, buena comida, excelente ubicación a unos metros de la torre del Reloj, si quieres plan conocer gente este es el sitio perfecto

La verdad estuve tan cómodo y a gusto que no encuentro oportunidad de mejora que sigan así

My husband and I booked an e tour through Gabby, which was the 3 island tour. This has nothing to do with the hotel or Gabby.

Kim Hotel, please remove this tour company.

3 island tour £99 each

David from e tours was a moody dude.

Pick up from the clock tower at 7.30 they were an hour late.
The people organising it felt off from the start saying they were there when they weren't.

We had it discribe to us as a beautiful snorkelling tour with an open bar. Total tourist trap. They had only masks. I had to beg them to get me a tube to make it a full snorkel.
I even checked double-checked with Gabby all these details as it was a lot of money.

Only having beer and water. They had run out of water in the first hour! It was a hot 32 degrees.


I had only had 1 beer during that time and pleaded with them to get water at the stop.
They refused and david couldn't be careless, turning his back on people and using his phone.

This totally changed the vibe on the boat as others on the tour were very angry and could only drink beer with 5 hours to go. Only stopping at expensive beach clubs only 20 minutes of snorkelling.

La Ubicación

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran interiores y no tenían ventilación, y con la humedad de Cartagena tenias que tener el aire acondicionado muy frío. Tenía un fuerte olor a humedad. Y las fotos que te ofrecen no son para nada como luego son en realidad.

Está en una ubicación PERFECTA. Se puede llegar caminando a todo lado. La atención del personal es increíble. La comida del bar es deliciosa! La atención del personal del bar es la mejor! Están pendientes de uno de hacer el pedido de preguntar si uno está bien. La terracita es preciosa. Gianina es lo máximo! Y Melina lo hace sentir bienvenido a uno desde el primer momento. Merci 🥰

Localização excelente, fizemos tudo a pé! Quarto silencioso, cama e roupa de cama boas.

Cons:

O nosso quarto não tinha frigobar o que dificulta muito a vida do viajante, ainda estávamos com criança. Tinha apenas uma chaleira elétrica, uma mesa pequena e uma arara. Considerei apertado para 03 pessoas.
