It was relaxing, too beautiful but if you want to enjoy like pool party, dance then that does not happen there.
Pros:

Property was good, location, staff, cleanliness exceptional. Very relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing was included - breakfast, any show, no music for the pools, liveliness was missing.

Not a hotel. A huge expensive time-sharing resort
Pros:

Gorgeous. Super clean. Wonderful pool. Amazing staff

Cons:

Restaurants are super expensive. Rooms may be affordable but be ready to shell out a lot all day long.

It’s NOT a hotel where everything is around the building. This is a huge resort with plenty of buildings scattered across. You’re always on a golf cart to go from A to B. This is like a time sharing resort.

Forbes need to stop recommending cheap hotels with terrible service.
Pros:

I liked the idea of going to a highly rated five star hotel. Unfortunately that’s where the liking ended.

Cons:

It was horrific. From long check in queues to long waits for golf buggy’s around the resort. Vastly overpriced once there as they are well aware you’re miles from a taxi never mind store. Place had potential but missed it up big time with all the silly charges fur everything and distances between attractions. Staff had the lowest of abilities to communicate too. I’ve stayed in 20 hotels in Mexico that charge a fraction of this one and provide a much better service.

Best resort we stayed in Mexico. Exceptional amenities, clean, great healthy options for food at breakfast

The walkthrough the jungle between the facilities of the resort was an exceptional experience. You can always take the cart with availability at all times, but we like to walk everywhere. It was so much fun. The pools are amazing, each with its own features and design. We loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy options like variety of fresh fruit and small salad area. We stayed in another place in Cancun for twice the price and regret it. Value for money is unreal in this place. It’s far from the center and you won’t be able to take taxi every day to the center, but that’s not what we were looking for. The beach is just no go anywhere due to the sea weeds anyway. You probably enjoy much more in Jungala style resort. We were there for a week in June. Absolutely loved it

Pros:

Everything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

Jungala hotel cancun
Pros:

The room was amazing and huge and quiet and just lovely. The golf carts take you across the whole peoperty easily. My son loved the waterpark

Cons:

This is not an all onclusive and the restaurants are very pricey.
