An extremely comfortable stay
Pros:

The apartment was sparkling clean and had just about any amenity I could think of. A very cosy bedroom upstairs, a number of kitchen appliances and washing machine made it immediately feel like home. It had a separate bathroom with shower, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, extra towels. Well maintained and designed, with separate zones for cooking, dining, work and leisure. Neatly decorated and their were even books to read. A rooftop bar, gym (paid separately) and basic swimming pool were available for guests. The location was very convenient, right next to a MRT station and the host was very responsive. No hassle, no drama, I could focus on my stuff and rest well. I will certainly come again.

Cons:

Virtually the only downside is that the hosts did not communicate properly the fact that there is no view and hardly any daylight. All the windows overlooked an internal courtyard and were merely for ventilation (at which they were effective). The unit description clearly said that there was a city view - and that wasn't the case. While the inward looking windows kept the apartment relatively cool and quiet, despite it being located next to a busy highway, some guests would prioritize sunlight. The actual setup should be clearly communicated,.

המקום די מרכזי.
קבלת פנים לבבית
היענות וסבר פנים יפות של דלפק הקבלה.
אדיבות.
החדר מאובזר היטב.

Cons:

ממוקם ליד תחנת רכבת, לכן כל הזמן רכבות, אמבולנסים ברקע.
היו גוקים בחדר
ריחות מאוד לא נעימים בסלון/מטבח.
מדרגות ביחידה.

Рекомендую 100%. Все есть что нужно, всё работает идеально, цена огонь, хозяин всегда на связи и всегда поможет.
Pros:

Замечательное расположение. Метро в ста метрах. Новый дом, бассейн, спортзал ( за отдельную плату). Рядом супермаркет и много еды

Cons:

Присутствует запах канализации. Хозяева пытаются с этим разобраться, но видимо это особенность кондо.

Favorite condo in Manila
Pros:

Great location. The bed is big and comfortable. All the amenities that we needed were available. Kalber was really helpful whenever we had an issue.

The staff & price was the best part

Cons:

No view so apartment had very little as to know if it's raining or hot day. Exsplains the price. Was kinda surprised because it looks so clean by the roaches on floor dying at the last day. Had to take time to check all my bags before leaving. I however am aware it's a old place so expected and I'm sure they're taking care of it. The bright side is it's comfy and is mordern enough.

Ideal stay in Manilla
Pros:

The cleanliness and location was ideal. If you're looking for a location that is central to Manilla city as well as close to all the shopping malls and a cozy space, this is it! Culver and Sarah were also very responsive when messaging, which made the comfort of the condo more special.
