Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There were what appeared to be unaccompanied children at the hotel. They were running around and shouting until 1am.
I went to reception to ask for something to be done. A member of staff came up but it was clearly ineffective and as soon as he left the children continued. I got very little sleep.
If this hotel accepts boking with unaccompanied children or groups who are unsupervised, I would recommend avoiding it.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was modern, clean, and quiet.
The coin laundry facilities were very convenient and I enjoyed the onsen-style bath.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, but I did sleep well since the room was quiet.
The days I stayed, the hotel was quite full so there were several times when I had to wait longer than expected for elevators and it was a little inconvenient.

Clean and helpful staff, great breakfast in the restaurant
Pros:

The room was very good, and well equipped! The staff was extremely helpful, even tho we did not speak japanese.

Cons:

There was no particular thing which was bad. We wish we could have stayed longer
