I didn’t get to stay because they have my room away to someone else
Pros:

Well I had a reservation for two nights and confirmation number and when I showed up as a single mother with two young boys in the car late at night I was told there were no rooms available. So I’m stuck in a city alone with 2 kids no where to stay because this hotel decided to give my room away I had reserved. So no you will not get a good review from me and I will never trust this hotel again to keep a reservation. This hotel put me and my sons at risk. Why? Isn’t a reservation good anymore these days? People put faith in a hotel to have their room when they get there. If a hotel can’t keep a reservation for people they aren’t reliable.

Cons:

The fact that I had no room to stay on even though gad reserved it and had a confirmation number to prove it a person at the desk hung up on me.

Worst experience ever as a traveler!
Pros:

Staying since 04/22/2026 til now 05/17/2026 paid over $3000.00 because of messed up bookings from front desk staff being incompetent. One told me to only book online. The other told me to boom up front where she charged me double. No duvet on bed for first three weeks. Constant issues with room keys. Do not stay here if you are a traveler for the hospital: they don’t give discounts.

Cons:

Booking mistakes constantly cost me my whole paycheck!

Staff try but have messed up my bookings multiple times where I ended up paying twice as much for 24 days
Pros:

Beds are comfortable but you have to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag.

Cons:

I stayed here for four nights. My first night was good, and the morning staff was very helpful. Since I was there for work, I left early and returned late each day. Unfortunately, I had some bad luck with my neighbors. They watched TV loudly until 2:00 or 3:00 AM. On the second night, I called reception; they said they would contact the room, but nothing changed. By the last night, it was a nightmare—the reception wouldn't even pick up my call. It was very disappointing when I just needed to sleep for work.
