Very comfortable, on brand, excellent staff, just be back by 11pm latest!
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable and a good size, their bedding is excellent and I have their pillows at my home in London. The staff are very helpful and I found that they were willing to go above and beyond. The laundry service is excellent and much needed in Shanghai's summer humidity.

Cons:

The only let down for me was the location, but obviously this cannot be helped by the hotel. If you want somewhere with late night food and drinks options then this might not be the hotel for you.
It is 30 mins from the airport but they can book you on a shuttle which is handy.

Добротное место с адекватной стоимостью проживания.
Pros:

Удобное месторасположения с бесплатным шаттлом до ближайшего аэропорта.
Вежливый персонал.
Рейс был ранний, про завтрак не могу сказать.
Номер чистый, с элементами "умный дом". Всё современное.
Номер достаточно просторный.

Cons:

Недостатки: не было дрип кофе, зубной щётки, холодильника.
Все розетки только китайский стандарт.
Так как останавливался на одну ночь, не стал уже спрашивать про кофе и зубную щётку.
Обычно на ресепшене это по запросу выдают.
Переходник наверняка тоже есть.

Pros:

I had a long layover so decided to stay close to the airport although it’s a 30 min drive. 1 hour drive to the downtown.
The hotel is modern, clean, various breakfast choices. Also, there was some free food at the dinner time which was nice.
Free shuttle to the airport is a plus.
Although the staff didn’t speak any English, they used the translator to communicate and were very friendly.

Excellent hotel with great staff
Pros:

I was so impressed with the help and support from the staff, extremely helpful with great patience.the room was so spacious and cleaned. The breakfast is superb, plenty of choices and delicious. Greatly appreciated the service provided by the hotel staff.thanks

Cons:

It took a bit longer from airport to hotel due to the road maintenance.

Excelente alternativa para dormir muy cerca del aeropuerto de Pudong

Good if it just for short transit to airport
Pros:

Provide free shuttle to airport at 4am

Cons:

The air conditioning is not able change to cool mode during winter. So you can only open the window for cool air but the street outside is noisy. Unable to have good rest.
