Nice location
Pros:

Location on the river.
Nearby event area
Large pool
Large breakfast buffet

Cons:

Hotel was being renovations. We had an old room, repairs were patch up jobs as they waited to do a full makeover.
Rooms felt more like 3 star decor with 5 star service.

The night manager, after finding out, it was my birthday upgraded us to a Sweet and it was incredible and made me feel very special

It’s a decent hotel but for the price there’s better options. The staff are super nice

Nice architecture and on the water . The staff was super super nice and they accommodate you for all your needs

Cons:

It’s kind of old and the first room I got ( they changed it after ) had a strong mold smell. Also it’s very far from much.

Overwhelmed with the hospitality which I had not expected!
Pros:

Staff could not have done more - I felt thoroughly spoiled.
The executive club lounge was closed for renovation but there were so many sweeteners by the hotel so no need to dine out as all provided.

Cons:

The makeshift club lounge was a bit sparse. Designed originally, I think, to house group tour arrivals in one place so not much to eat or drink - all self-service.
