Our guest stayed on level 9 and they had to deal with construction which is unavoidable but was a bit off a pain
Das Personal war unglaublich höflich und umsichtig. Wir hatten einen Flug spät am Abend, konnten unsere Koffer nach dem Check Out einlagern, und nach einem vollen Tag zurückkommen, den Pool nutzen, im dpa duschen. Das war alles völlig selbstverständlich.
Die Lage am Fluss ist wunderbar. Man ist mittendrin und trotzdem ist es ruhig.
Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind super, super Matratzen, super leise.

l’accueil, la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. localisation parfaite pour rejoindre rapidement les points principaux de la ville tant par la route que depuis l’embarcadère du port. et notre chambre au 16e étage avec vue sur le Chao Praya 😍
nous n’avions initialement pas pris le petit déjeuner lors de notre réservation mais au premier jour nous avons décidé de finalement le prendre sur place : buffet avec un choix infini de produits mais malheureusement de piètre qualité ! sans compter que le prix que nous a on payé ne correspond ps du tout au standard des prix de bangkok notamment pour ce niveau de rendu qualitatif, mais cela ne retire en rien mon avis globalement positif sur l’hôtel

Aber… es wird ja gerade umgebaut.
Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Mit allem was dazu gehört. Bohren, Hämmern, sägen, der Geruch nach Farbe und Lack… ab 09:30 morgens.

I stay at the Ramada each time I fly into Thailand.
It is located on the river close to city.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately this time there are renovations being carried out.
So noise from construction during the day.
The buffet breakfast is usually a 5 star event. Sadly it was barely a 3 this time.
Close to Chinatown and surrounding neighbourhoods. Easy to get around in the city. Quiet by the river.
This was by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed in Suite 1532, and it was absolutely spectacular. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and the private terrace with the jacuzzi overlooking the Chao Phraya River was simply breathtaking. The night view, with ICONSIAM and all the boats on the river, was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the hotel's location on the riverside was perfect, with easy access to Bangkok's main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.
We genuinely couldn't find anything to complain about. From the room and the cleanliness to the staff, breakfast, and overall service, everything was exceptional.

They do renovate at 7 am in the morning and very noisy annoying guests , i try to told the front but they say nothing just sorry
