This property does not feature a reception desk. This property offers self check-in only.

Due to fire safety restrictions the fireplace can only be used after attending a 15 minute training (Surcharge applies). The Training is held daily in winter, registration is necessary.

Please note that the swimming pool is not a traditional swimming pool but a sustainable natural swimming pond/biotop without any chemicals. Swimming pond is not heated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Bili smo izvan turističke sezone pa je bilo izrazito mirno i bez buke.

Cons:

WC u apartmanu nema dobar odzračnik, a nema ni prozor pa bude jako neugodno obavljati nuždu u njemu kada apartman dijeliš s prijateljima.

Pros:

Ubytování bylo příjemné a prostorné. Malebné chaloupky, stylově zařízené. Klidné prostředí (mimosezona).

Cons:

Digitální klíč – vymoženost, která pobyt mnohdy spíše zbytečně komplikuje. Člověk musí mít neustále u sebe nabitý mobil a v záplavě e-mailů dohledávat ten správný s odkazem na odemknutí apartmánu. Klasický fyzický klíč by byl určitě jednodušší a spolehlivější řešení.
Bohužel nám digitální klíč v polovině pobytu přestal fungovat a do apartmánu jsme se nemohli dostat. Hledat pomoc v pátek večer rozhodně není to, co příjemně zpestří dovolenou. Naštěstí se nám podařilo dovolat na nouzovou linku a situaci vyřešit, ale bez znalosti cizího jazyka by to mohl být trochu problém. Možná by nebylo špatné mít na místě recepci.
Odvětrání toalety by mohlo fungovat o něco lépe.

Krásná lokalita, malebné chaloupky, stylově zařízené. Byli jsme zde v mimosezoně, tak tu byl klid.

Cons:

Co však hodnotím negativně, je absence recepce, která výrazně komplikuje komunikaci a zpomaluje řešení případných problémů. V den odjezdu (sobota večer) jsem e-mailem nahlásila zapomenutý Bluetooth reproduktor v apartmánu a až po týdnu e-mailové komunikace mi bylo sděleno, že se předmět nenašel :-( Pokud by na místě fungovala recepce, dalo by se při troše dobré vůle vše vyřešit během hodiny a jednoho či dvou telefonátů.
