Was a good stay but with a hiccup.
Pros:

The Size of the room, apt furniture, a wonderful mattress and a good Restaurant 👍
The manager who ushered us in was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast, though the quality was good, it took a long time coming as it was ordered from outside and was delivered in shabby packages,no cutlery no service, entirely irritating. No fruit juice no egg or Omelette, no toast, basically calling it breakfast was misnomer.

The high score on Booking.com is misleading. The only good thing about this place is it's location. Nothing else. I am wondering why Prabhat Road has such a shady hotel.

Cons:

It's a old worn out hotel with bad maintenance. Torn pillow covers. Few tiny cockroaches and mosquitoes. We had booked two rooms. In one room, the bathroom had a plastic water bottle with soap water instead of a soap dispenser. The place somehow had a very shady feel to it. Horrible experience. I am not going to use Booking.com for any hotel bookings now.
