Pros:

My initial contact at check-in with the representative was exceptional. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. There was an issue with the suite I'd booked and paid for months in advance, which wasn't available for occupancy upon my arrival due to an unforseen event. The facility manager PROMPTLY rectified the issue to the point that I was extremely pleased. Throughout my stay, I had the opportunity to meet additional representatives at the front desk who were also very pleasant, along with the housekeeping staff. The facility curb appeal is very nice and well kept this transitions to the inside, which is very clean. I felt safe. The hotel is close to many shopping and eateries options, which was also a plus for my stay. I will most definitely be returning. My overall experience was exceptional!!!!

Busy, eventful, but overall loved it.
Pros:

The greeting from the minute we walked in through the doors, great customer service, spacious room/kitchenette, also the locations was perfect, near the freeway, Costco and food places within walking distance. My husband loved that there was a fitness center and my kids enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus, because we had came up to Sacramento for a rugby tournament and the fact that we were able to get breakfast in before the games helped fuel us up. Thank you to everyone that works there in all the different departments, they have made our stay a memorable one.

Cons:

I would usually have something to say in this area, but I can't because everything turned out well.

Best hotel we’ve ever been to!
Pros:

The property was in a great location, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. 5 Stars all the way! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at hundreds!!

It was a nice stay but it could have been better by the staff especially if I had three rooms for an entire weekend. I s

It was very clean. Breakfast was delightful. Pretty easy to find the rooms I booked.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I booked my rooms for a weekend online and I was still charged by the staff for a deposit of $245 even though my booking stated that all I needed was to check in and receive key. I asked for room service to tidy up one of 3 rooms that I booked and was never taken care of, just towels at midnight.

Cons:

My truck was broken into and around $1000 in power tools stolen, I was told by staff this happens a lot but I was not notified of this upon staying there which was very disappointing. Of course there were no cameras were my truck was parked either and the manager was not helpful, he actually blamed it on us for parking in a spot I had to pay the hotel to park in.

GM would be the only reason I’d return
Pros:

Most everyone was nice! The GM was the nicest person I’ve ever met.

Cons:

The bartender was rude, the staff of the weekend were not helpful or kind.

Staff was very pleasant. The stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pros:

Comfy bed, quiet location, lots of tv stations, plenty of parking, safe, cool uber/Lyft designated pickup spot, friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby and bar area.

Cons:

Office signage is non-existent. It's a large property and we had to drive around to try and find where to check in. Breakfast was also non-existent. Soccer teams were staying there and wiped everything out by the time we came down. There was still an hour to go but they weren't restocking. Had to go out to a restaurant. Need a better variety in their convenience store besides Gatorade and power drinks. Weird light switch setup.
