Everything was intact , we had a small problem in our room and Tracey at the front desk was quick to help. He was also so nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Achei a acomodação bem espaçosa, apesar de achar as camas pequenas, na descrição aparecia como cama de casal porem parecem mais como cama full size. A maquina de gelo da minha geladeira nao funcionava, poremAs roupas de cama estavam limpas! A localização era ok porem para o grandes eventos no M&t bank stadium o tempo de chegada pode demorar muito!!
Nao estava tao limpo como gostaria, havia um par de meias caido ao lado da pia do banheiro, provavelmente do hospede anterior

No ac, lack of decent notification about AC, killed a roach, front desk supervisor, I believe initials NC was rude, unprofessional in attitude and behavior

Breakfast was great. Facility was clean. Parking was easy!
The cable for the TV was not stable. And the shower curtain was not water resistant and flooded the bathroom floor despite vigilance to prevent it.
Second time booking at this hotel and when I came to check in, I was told the AC wasn't working. Not only that, I have not been issued a refund as I speak. Will never book with.you guys. And I need my money back.
AC ISSUES OVER WEEKS
It was clean and very spacious. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs and we had so much room.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but maybe having a coin machine in the laundry room would’ve been better.
The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable
There wasn't any AC the whole time we were there we had a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a box fan in the living room. We couldn't open the windows because there weren't any screens on the windows and I didn't want my 2 year old to fall out of the windows and the pool was never opened the whole 10 days that we were there
The location was good and good parking. The outside and inside clean.
The air wasn’t working in the rooms, only down stairs in the lobby. I had to raise the windows up and the window in the bedroom didn’t have a screen. I was on the 3rd floor. I purchased three fans to help keep cool and circulate the air.

As soon we get there to check in the receptionist announced the hotel didn’t have A/C service and no hot water! They canceled the reservation for this issue. We had to look for another hotel at that time. Really disappointed and inconvenienced for this situation!
