It was nice on the whole.
Pros:

All the staffs were kind and 👌

Cons:

The bathroom and kitchen water facet take off from the main body. Needs some check and fix before give to customer.

Pros:

Location and chief engineer, don't know his name. He was kind, friendly, and professional

Cons:

No ac, lack of decent notification about AC, killed a roach, front desk supervisor, I believe initials NC was rude, unprofessional in attitude and behavior

Great breakfast with clean facility but some upgrades are still needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Facility was clean. Parking was easy!

Cons:

The cable for the TV was not stable. And the shower curtain was not water resistant and flooded the bathroom floor despite vigilance to prevent it.

Bad....
Pros:

Second time booking at this hotel and when I came to check in, I was told the AC wasn't working. Not only that, I have not been issued a refund as I speak. Will never book with.you guys. And I need my money back.

A wonderful and peaceful getaway during a stressful move.
Pros:

It was clean and very spacious. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs and we had so much room.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but maybe having a coin machine in the laundry room would’ve been better.

My overall stay was not good
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There wasn't any AC the whole time we were there we had a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a box fan in the living room. We couldn't open the windows because there weren't any screens on the windows and I didn't want my 2 year old to fall out of the windows and the pool was never opened the whole 10 days that we were there

Other than the air not working, the stay was great.
Pros:

The location was good and good parking. The outside and inside clean.

Cons:

The air wasn’t working in the rooms, only down stairs in the lobby. I had to raise the windows up and the window in the bedroom didn’t have a screen. I was on the 3rd floor. I purchased three fans to help keep cool and circulate the air.

Found a hotel at last minute we had to pay more $ to spend the night before our flight!
Cons:

As soon we get there to check in the receptionist announced the hotel didn’t have A/C service and no hot water! They canceled the reservation for this issue. We had to look for another hotel at that time. Really disappointed and inconvenienced for this situation!

There has not been a,/c for 3 months. I didn’t end up staying there. They were trying to push me to stay there. I ended up canceling and getting reimbursed.

I loved the cleanliness and the staff but I was so disappointed with how hot it was!
Pros:

It was neat and clean & the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Our entire stay the a/c was broken, it was SO HOT and sticky.
