The room itself was nicely equipped on the residence side, some of the staff such as the lady who checked us in and the server who brought room service to us were both lovely. In a nice location on Line 2 and the view was better than most Seoul hotels.
Due to the microwave being broken in our room, we decided to order room service. Unfortunately within a couple hours of eating the pepperoni pizza, it had us sick all night. It was pretty much the only thing we both ate and both of us were sick, so I don’t think it could have been anything else.
Upon check out, we told the staff about the issue and there may have been a language barrier, but he was dismissive as we paid for our room service. He said other rooms ordered pizza and didn’t have a problem, then also dismissed our microwave being broken even though we were just trying to make sure they checked it before the next guest arrived. Disappointing experience given that we paid extra to stay here instead of going to the hotel we usually stay at!

Great hotel, fab breakfast with variety of food options, they provide high chairs for kids. The room was clean and nice. Really liked staying there. The location is also good, provides you link to several metro lines.
All was good, it would be also helpful is we knew in advance that you have to hair cap for the swimming pool, but you can buy it there

プールがあり、暑い日はプールに入って遊べて良かった。
お部屋に洗濯乾燥機があったので、乾燥には時間がかかるものの、便利で助かりました。
急遽、１人人数が増えたが、エキストラベッドを入れてもらったが、十分広かった。
1階に居たホテルマンの方たちは、皆韓流スター並のイケメンな上、道案内など親切に色々教えてくだりありがたかった。
レジデンスに備えつけてあるコーヒーメーカーにピッタリサイズのコーヒーカップがなく…備え付けのお茶腕にコーヒーをおとしてから、大きなマグカップに移さないと飲めなかった。

Location is very central. It is very easy access by underground train. An unbelievable modern and hygienic toilet at the lower ground floor provides a distinct feelings for the residents.
