it was fine, great location
Pros:

The location is great, near shops and food options. Also close to the DDP. The breakfast is also great

Cons:

This is the third time I have stayed at this property. This time the property was a little older and the room showed it. There was a painted divide on the wall that was odd.

Pricey but would recommend for a comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Housekeeping was fabulous, very clean hotel, fantastic attention to detail from the concierge, reception staff and housekeeping. The property is in a good location, just a few minutes walk away from the subway stations and some of Seouls main attractions. Had a beautiful view of Namsan tower from our room - we were only on the 11th floor but as you can see from the photo, beautiful views. Plenty of halal uzbek cuisine places round the back, and lots of convenience stores a stones throw away.

Cons:

The property is small. We were luckily upgraded from a double room to a queens room and that was really small. But I think that’s common in East Asia, it was expensive but worth it for a comfortable stay. One thing I’d suggest is potentially upgrading the TVs in the rooms. It’s a 5* hotel but the channel selection is extremely poor, and there’s no smart features on the tv so you can’t even connect your Netflix. I think it would elevate the guest experience if there were smart features for the tv. Additionally, housekeeping changed our slippers everyday which we found wholly unnecessary, maybe to help the environment - don’t change the slippers daily? Other than that, great place to stay.

Pros:

Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. Great location. Definitely more of an international (Western style) hotel so has a big room and bed and good room service.

Pros:

立地もよく、スタッフの皆さまの接客が素晴らしかった。
朝食ブュッフェがメニュー豊富で、とてもおいしかったです。
1階のカフェのパンとジェラートもとてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

部屋に時計がなかったのが不便でした。

Wonderful location
Pros:

Large comfortable beds, great breakfast with many choices, superb location, very close to the metro, and walking distance to many attractions

Cons:

Outdoor rooftop swimming pool, quite restricted hours, closes at 5.50, just the time visitors want to have a dip after a day of sightseeing, I found this disappointing. Plus no drinks were allowed upstairs, although there was a bar alongside the pool area (closed the whole time we stayed)

Nice facilities, slightly mad management
Pros:

Nice facilities - choice of indoor and outdoor pool, plus good fitness and sauna in changing rooms. The staff seem nice enough, although the whole approach to managing access to facilities needs to be re-thought with guest experience in mind.

Cons:

Feels like the manager is running an army base rather than a hotel. Some things are ridiculously overdone. The pool closes for 40 min breaks several times a day. i entered only to be thrown out 5 mins later (although "members" are allowed to stay). Accessing the outdoor pool is confusing. Many people turn up to find it fenced off. You have to enter from a lower floor - but even then, you get sent back to your room to "make a booking". All this when it's virtually empty! The same unnecessary drama is enacted over breakfast, which runs in 3 shifts with "breaks" rather than continuously.

Great stay lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely facilities, staff very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Having to wear swim caps and pay for one if you didn’t have one in order to use the pool. I think this should have been communicated clearly before arrival.

Pros:

Great location, easy 2 minute walk to the metro. My toddler loved the kids zone on floor 2 and our suite was very spacious. Good to have access to a washing machine in our suite as we were able to do lots of laundry (given we had already been in SK for a week before checking into Novotel)

Breakfast was good but could do with having different options on different days

Cons:

For a hotel of such high standards and exceptional across everything it was a little surprising not having a smart TV in the room for things like Netflix and YouTube

Modern style and good location hotel near Dongdaemun in Seoul Korea
Pros:

I loved the spacey room and bathroom. The bed was comfy and the hotel location was easy to get all the trip attraction in Seoul. The swimming pool looks so nice that I think better pack up my swimsuit next time. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was so beautiful.

I think the bedding was clean but made me keep sneezing with bit dust I
