Pros:

Beds are really comfortable and location is good

Cons:

The bathroom has a serious mold problem. Moldy pieces of ceiling are falling on you while showering, making it a health hazard.
The patio of our room has all the ventilation heads so it was practically unusable from all the smells.

Buenas fotos en el anuncio, pero me decepcionó la realidad.
Pros:

La foto de la habitación se ajusta a la realidad. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación es grande (la suite 204) y los 7 días que me alojé ahí nos fueron a hacer limpieza a diario. El personal es amable. El restaurante del primer piso es de comida japonesa, muy bueno y a buenos precios. La cama es grande (king size) y tiene un colchón muy suave.

Cons:

El edificio necesita mucho mantenimiento, especialmente las tuberías. Cuando alguien de una habitación se ducha, es imposible no despertarse por el ruido de las tuberías de agua. Además, al entrar al cuarto se respira un fuerte olor a humedad, que solo se va luego de un rato de prender el aire acondicionado. La limpieza no es buena: nos tocó una toalla (paños) de baño con manchas, viejos... muy desagradables. El agua caliente sale solo luego de dejar no menos de 5 minutos corriendo el agua, lo cual es inaceptable por un tema ambiental y si tienes que ducharte rápido para ir a un tour.

La TV es grande, pero nunca funcionó el Direct TV, no había forma de ver canales locales, pese a que entraron a la habitación a tratar de solucionarlo. Como es un smart TV, tiene su propio OS y a veces agarra canales de internet gratuitos; pero nos dio problemas de conexión a nternet, y algunas noches no pudimos ver nada en esa TV.

Vale a pena pela cama e localizacao.
Pros:

Cama muito confortavel, quarto grande, tv muito boa, isolamento acustico bom, a localizacao é muito boa.

Cons:

Elevador antigo, ficamos trancados por quase 1hr foi horrivel, passei muito mal, o banheiro merece uma reforma, o chuveiro é pessimo

La ubicación

Cons:

Normalmente siempre me quedaba aquí incluso recomendé personas por su ubicación y esta vez que fui me cobraron 10usd por early check in lo cual esta bien. Sin embargo las personas que realizaron su check-in detrás de mi no les cobraron esos 10usd a cambio de uba reseña en Google.
Lo cual me pareció poco ético.

Worth the money for the comfort
Pros:

Super spacious and nice room, really modern. Best bed I have slept in during my travels in South America.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit outdated vs the room. Staff is aware and will adress this in the future.

De kamer was goed en de locatie van het hotel ook

Cons:

De gedeelde badkamer was niet top, vooral omdat de wc niet doorgespoeld kon worden. Daarnaast was het best luid binnen.

Excelente opción!
Pros:

El alojamiento presenta una ubicación excepcional, en el centro de Miraflores, cercano a toda actividad y centro gastronómico que desees visitar; así como el personal es muy atento y amable, inmejorables. Respecto a las instalaciones todo ordenado y en silencio, limpio, sin dudas volvería a qema sin pensarlo 2 veces
