Breakfast, location, staff, and the feeling overall was great. We went to relax and it had a great pool and easy to walk to the food street down the road.
Fixtures and fittings felt a bit worn and dirty in some of the common areas. Our balcony had two random chairs and no table. Nothing major but it took the shine off what is a beautiful hotel.
The location of this place is great. So peaceful and calm.
The room was not dirty, but also it was not super clean. Could have been better in terms of cleaning.

Comfortable room, great breakfast with a big variety of food. Nice swimming pools and garden area. The Staff was very polite .
Safe as it has a gate to enter the area. Kind of a luxury villa park feeling.
The location. It’s far from everything. You can walk to the beach in 5 mins (no swimming as the water is dirty) but nothing else is around.
There was some sand on floor in my room but otherwise it was clean.
You can find some hotels in the downtown for much cheaper. (Without swimming pool)
