It was disappointing.
Pros:

It’s well located, very near to the center

Cons:

The waiting time was very long and no one was honest that it eas due to a cleaning delay..
I waited 50 min under the sun so I could receive the codes for the check in and the time once it ended kept increasing 5 min..
I had to call the supper which also kept delaying saying she couldn’t find the booking ..
Ate the end she gave unblocked their private booking page and I get the codes so I could find the cleaning staff still cleaning and yet it wasn’t done properly.. the apartment had dust all over and a humidity scent.
Adding to that we made the check in at 16:00
And message the team to talk about the delay to see if they could compensate at the check out or something and they insisted the check out must be at 11:00 AM

Pas très satisfaisant vu le prix

L'emplacement proche du centre ville

Cons:

Nous avons eu un soucis avec la poignée de la porte d'accès au logement qui ne fonctionnait plus et personne ne s'est déplacé malgré 1 appel et l'envoie d'une vidéo. Nous avons su réparer nous même la serrure. Logement plutôt sale et piscine à l'ombre l'après midi qui était collé à un logement de plus piscine en haut et transat en bas...

Muito potencial, pouca entrega.

Muito bonito o design e a arquitetura. Algo diferente.

Cons:

Limpeza foi o que nos fez não estar confortável no alojamento, encontramos o alojamento com janela aberta (para arejar acredito) entraram muitas moscas. Sofás com manchas e almofadas com cheiro a cabeça de outros convidados. Pó em baixo da cama. A coberta da cama não foi lavada. Assim que entrei no imóvel a primeira coisa que fiz foi comprar um cheiro em spray.

Alojamiento con detalle
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, además a pesar de estar céntrico no hay ruidos por la noche. Hay un parking delante de los apartamentos. La casa es ideal, muy cuidada en los detalles y muy bonita.

Cons:

El desagüe del lavabo no traga bien y la puerta de la mampara de la ducha no cierra bien. La terraza estaba un poco sucia.

Situado no centro histórico de Évora, este alojamento é uma excelente opção pela sua localização privilegiada, permitindo visitar facilmente os principais pontos de interesse da cidade.

O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável, dispondo de uma boa sala de estar, onde o sofá pode ser convertido numa cama de casal, cozinha equipada, casa de banho e um quarto. Conta ainda com um piso superior em estilo mezzanine, com duas camas individuais que, quando juntas, formam uma cama de casal. Estas características tornam o alojamento uma boa opção para famílias ou pequenos grupos.

De forma geral, o apartamento oferece boas condições e uma localização muito conveniente para quem pretende explorar a cidade a pé.

Cons:

No entanto, a experiência ficou marcada por um problema no check-in. Tínhamos solicitado um early check-in para as 13h, mas até à nossa hora de chegada, por volta das 15h, não recebemos qualquer confirmação. Apesar disso, já tínhamos recebido o código de acesso ao alojamento. Para nossa surpresa, quando entrámos no apartamento verificámos que este ainda não tinha sido limpo nem preparado para receber hóspedes.

Fora este incidente, o alojamento apresenta boas condições e uma localização bastante conveniente.

Agradável surpresa 🤩
Pros:

Achei o apartamento muito bom, tinha todas as comodidades para estar algum tempo. O lugar era bom, agradável. Gostei de estar na piscina pois estava muito calor. Ótimo 😀

Cons:

É pena não haver estacionamento mas conseguimos estacionar perto.
