Rooms were great size, foot massager was wonderful. Great variety of amenities available. Very helpful staff
Pros:

Close to the train station , the foot massager was amazing.
The room was a good size, Staff were very helpful and could be contacted via phone and arrived to help promptly.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard, but that’s just personal preference.

Excelente opción en Kyoto
Pros:

Sorprendente recepción atendida por robots (entrada y registro autónomos), pero si precisas ayuda "humana", la hay, y muy buena. Habitación muy limpia y tranquila. Desayuno fabuloso: buffet japonés y occidental, atendido por personal muy amable, pendientes de reponer existencias antes de acabarse, sin esperas. Dispones de numerosas amenities de baño en recepción de muy buena calidad. Hay servicio de consigna de equipajes para antes o después de tu llegada o salida. Situado justo enfrente de la Estación de tren de Kyoto. A la vuelta de la esquina un 7-Eleven y a un minuto un Family-Mart.

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas (como es habitual en Japón), sin armario y con poco sitio donde colgar ropa o poner las maletas.

DINOSAURS!!!
Pros:

Great location. Big rooms. Best part was the ROBOT DINOSAURS!!!

Cons:

Bed was a little stiff. Its a nit pick really I prefer my bed at home over any hotel.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Hotel room was very spacious compared to other hotels and it was very comfy. Loved the dinosaurs as well! Location was excellent for the train station and within walking distance to so many sites as well.

Nothing we would change at all.

Pros:

Check-in with the dinosaur robot was something different, and overall went smooth. Also the checkout including the luggage storage, all can be done without support staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip (we did 3 hotels) with similar prices/locations/standards.
