エクセレント‼️
Pros:

アラブ式お風呂が最高でした。サービスも良く、スタッフも親切で、紹介いただいたバルの昼食も美味しく、思い出深いトレド旅行になりました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、3階までエレベーターがなく上がるのは年寄りにはしんどいです。

Got more than we expected
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the baths were super as was the massage. Lots of extra touches that were surprising and thoughtful so, very welcomed.

Cons:

Room was great but just some finishing touches and maintenance needed. No mirror but for bathroom face mirror.

Una buena experiencia
Pros:

Una habitación espectacular, cafetera, tetera y nevera en la habitación y el desayuno merece la pena, las instalaciones de los baños muy limpias y con muchos detalles, te sirven un te con pastas, el personal muy amable y atentos a lo que necesitásemos, ha sido todo un lujo hospedarse alli

Cons:

La llave de la calle no va muy bien nos costó un poco abrir.

Los baños árabes impresionantes y el desayuno muy bueno. Además en la habitación te ponen cosas para beber y picar gratis.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación habia varias cosas rotas. Varias persianas, la ducha no se podía poner fija arriba, estaba roto el soporte.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist super. Das alte Arabische Bad gehört zum Hotel und man kann es kostenlos nutzen. Das Personal war superfreundlich und das Zimmer sehr hübsch. Auch das dazugebuchte Frühstück war insbesondere für spanische Verhältnisse sehr üppich und lecker.

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt, dann nur, dass das Zimmer ( wir hatten das kleine Dachzimmer )sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten hatte, aber damit kann man doch leben!

Mais que perfeita
Pros:

Tudo perfeito. O quarto é enorme e confortável. Tem um mini frigorífico, cafeteira, secador de cabelo, ar condicionado, poltronas, mesinha, café, chá, água, cerveja e sumo. A cama é muito confortável. O staff é bem simpático e prestativo. Os banhos árabes são uma delícia, com 3 piscinas e uma temática árabe linda. No fim da experiência, servem-nos chá e bolachas em louça tipicamente árabe. A localização é muito boa, no centro histórico, e a 5 minutos a pé de um estacionamento pago. Valeu muito a pena.

Cons:

Gostei muito de tudo.
