The location and the staff. Extremely sweet staff

Cons:

I wasn’t aware the property doesn’t have an AC. They have a fan hung to the floor which oscillates so that air can reach the entire room but I felt a little hot at night. The washroom wasn’t clean and yes we did spot few small lizards on the well !

Noisy, unhelpful reception for English speaking. Not value for money. value for

Breakfast terrific.
Location very central.

Cons:

No safe. No air conditioner.
Bathroom was filthy around drain, bottom of shower and shower glass.
Very noisy, street traffic, market, music and people. Ok if you are deaf.
Staff removed items from my room I was keeping and left me something out of the bin which I had thrown away.
Reception staff did not try to assist with English speaking guests. No phone translator just threw arms up into the air and walked away.
Bed hard as rock, slept on doona tripled over.

The receptionist guarantee us the fare from the hotel to Liên Khuong airport cost no more than 250000 Vietnamese đồng, but the taxi driver was ripped off us , it was cost 640000 Vietnamese đồng
The grab normally cost around 300000 Vietnamese đồng
The Lào taxi cost 250000 Vietnamese đồng
