Worst place ever to reserve a room.
Pros:

Nothing they didnt have a room and other then that I was send to two different places and they where going to send me to a 3rd place I dont have a car so I fell like they dont care about the people needs. And they dont do refunds

I wasn't expecting much, but this was beyond bad.
Cons:

Day of they reached out to let me know my room wasn't available and they were moving me to another local property. When I arrived no one knew I was coming and they had to wake up another staff. Parking was weird and I was told to park in a spot that was reserved for the connected business. Check in was odd and felt scammy, had to send a picture of my ID to another person and do a deposit over PayPal. Place was unkept and had stuff all over the place, and people being loud In public areas and an overall unsafe vibe. They said they were mid construction, but didn't seem ready for people. Got to room and it wasn't a true room, was a space they made into a room. Bed wasn't clean, rug had stains. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, so I just left and stayed somewhere else.

Cons:

The property said our room was unavailable literally an HOUR before we checked-in that night. They then sent us to another location owned by their parent company. That location was unclean, felt unsafe, the staff uncapable of assisting, and the room shown was NOT the arrangement we had paid for. We paid for a room for 4. We were presented a bunk room consisting of occupants in the double digits.

We did not stay at the property and the company has refused to give us a refund. Despite attempting to foist a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT product upon us after payment. It's fraud in the most literal sense. When things are too good to be true, believe it.
