Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests commented that the place is clean and comfortable (including a Chinese review), though one mention noted a dirty shower curtain.
Service
1
Very strong positive sentiment for staff throughout the reviews — many praises for Mohammed, Semir, Fouad and quick, respectful service.
Location
1
Described as a good location (near the pyramids, supermarket at the door, minibuses to the city) and quiet — suitable for meditation.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as cozy with good mattresses and hot showers; one report of being denied a room on arrival affected perceptions.
Amenities
1
Guests mention a kitchen, hot water showers, nearby shops and a generally well-equipped property.
Value for Money
1
Several reviewers explicitly call the place affordable and good value for the price.
Food and Beverage
1
A clear negative: at least one guest noted there is no breakfast; food/B&B expectations were not met for some.
Overall Experience
1
Generally many positive stays (friendly staff, clean, affordable), but a severe incident where a confirmed booking was not honored and the guest was left without a room significantly drags down the overall experience.

Pros:

Cons:

Мне ничего не понравилось
