Great Hotel and Location
Pros:

Great location for seeing everything in Florence. Very walkable location just down the street from the Duomo, but in a quiet area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Tram T2 from the FLR airport is a few blocks away for $1.70 per person. Staff are the best; from your front desk staff (Lisa and others) to your male breakfast staff (sorry, didn't get your name). Breakfast was varied with hot items like good eggs, ba on, sausage, potatoes and breads, cold cuts and cheese. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and had an equally great exprience 3 years ago.
Pros:

The hotel is 2 blocks from the Duomo and the Academia museum.
The breakfast was delicious and diverse with coffee, tea and, proseco available all day. We enjoyed eating on the patio. The staff could not have been more attentive. They guided us in our stay.

A perfectly convenient and comfortable place to stay that was near to all the things we wanted to do in Florence.
Pros:

The property was very convenient to the placed we visited. Everyone was very professional and courteous and the breakfast buffet was very good. We loved having ours in the pretty courtyard. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Cons:

It was nothing the property could control, but outside disturbance in the street kept us awake a few times.

Bel hôtel de charme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel situé dans un ancien palais. Beaucoup de charme et de cachet. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. L'emplacement est parfait, un peu en retrait de la foule de l'hypercentre mais juste à 10 minutes à pied du Duomo
Des bonbons sont à disposition un peu partout pour les gourmands!

Cons:

Rien! L'hôtel possède un joli patio donc un bar avec quelques boissons serait très appréciable.

Beautiful and interesting building in a prime location in Florence with nice rooms
Pros:

Staff was accommodating for our group of 11 who like to keep the party going late.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but compared to our previous hotel on the Amalfi coast (Checked out the same day we checked) the pastries were disappointing.

Very beautiful city and excellent accommodations.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items…eggs, sausage,fruit,bread, coffee, juices, etc.
The staff were all very professional and very kind. Also, an excellent location close to all the major sites. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

The stuff of the hotel, its locality, the breakfast - that was great

Cons:

Leaking toilette - on of the stuff mend it in my room, the room (single bed) had window into the terrase where everyone could come and thus look into the room, some kind of motor (air conditioning?) Was heard a lot in the room.
