Pros:

The cost, proximity to Wien HBF & secure bike storage.

Cons:

The check-in YouTube video instructions were in correct & I couldn't get inside door 1.
There was a motor scooter parked in the communal kitchen along with cleaning products in the open area.

I do not recommend this accommodation.

旅慣れた人が素泊まりなら良いでしょう。宿泊者に対するホスピタリティが皆無と感じた。初心者には薦めません。
Pros:

今どき？で暗証番号でお手軽に泊まれました。スーツケースを解かず一泊素泊まりだけなら良いと思います。

Cons:

設備的に連発には向いていません。
部屋に電気ポットはありますが、カップや皿類が置いてない。共有スペースに少し置いてあるが不十分。電子レンジはありがたいが、置かれている位置が高すぎて使いにくい。テーブルの上やベットサイドに照明（電気スタンド）が無くて不便でした。
バスタオルは清潔ではあるが、ゴワゴワでクタクタでした（大きな雑巾みたい）。
チェックインビデオはありがたいですが、クイック過ぎて何回も見てようやくシステムの理解が出来ました。旅慣れしていない人には不親切。
予約時にピンコードは１週間前にメールするとありましたが、１週間を切っても連絡がありませんでした。かなり焦りました。催促したら直ぐ連絡ありましたが。

Dobre warunki żeby się przespać, ale cena trochę wysoka (132zł/os/doba).
Pros:

Weekend majowy 1-3. Lokalizacja nam odpowiadała, cicha ulica ze znikomym ruchem. W pokoju (parter) porządek, łóżko bardzo wygodne, materac miękki, roleta antywłamaniowa z dodatkową w pokoju, był bardzo ciepły weekend, więc i w pokoju temperatura odpowiadała, dostępna prywatna mikrofala. Łazienka duża z dwoma chyba pralkami, nie sprawdzałem czy to mogła być suszarka, ogrzewana grzejnikiem, z temperaturą wody nie było problemu, suszarka do włosów dostępna, również czysto. Kuchnia czysta, raczej nam niczego nie brakowało potrzebnego do jedzenia. Dostępny był również komputer z drukarką, ale nie wiem na jakich warunkach - były w kuchni. Hałasu jako takiego nie było, dostęp do obiektu i pokoju bezproblemowy. Ogólne warunki w porządku, do polecenia.

Cons:

Brak miejsca do konsumpcji posiłków - nie było stołu w dzielonej kuchni, a biurko w pokoju było na to za małe + było jedno krzesło. Bardzo małe ręczniki, zalecam wziąć swoje. Brak kuchenki w kuchni. Ogólnie cena jak za ten standard wysoka.
