Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα. Σε κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος με τα πόδια. Πολύ εύκολο check in. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Everything was where it should be, clean and properly working. Location is great, staff helpful, and communications clear and timely.

Great location and very clean

Schön und funktional ausgestattetes Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Straßenbahn und Bus in der Nähe. Informationen zum Check in präzise und rechtzeitig. Zimmer zum Innenhof, in dem sich Außengastronomie befindet, dies war aber nicht störend.

La struttura si trova a ridosso del centro della città ma non nella via principale dove è più confusione. La camera era molto silenziosa, le finestre davano su di un cortile interno carinissimo. Pulizia ottima. Angolo cottura piccolo ma sufficiente. Tè, caffè, sale, pepe e olio a disposizione. Letto comodo. Bagno accogliente con una bellissima doccia ma senza bidet, completo di bagnoschiuma, sciampo, balsamo e crema corpo. Il sistema di check-in/check out è stato molto efficiente. Una coccola da noi molto apprezzata la musica bassa e rilassante all'entrata del piano e il profumo dell'ambiente.

Great location. Super clean and the washing machine was a huge plus. Also, the place was much larger than we expected, which we loved!

Zentrale Lage

Located close to the central train station and the Opera area. The room was an outside one looking onto the street. The bed was comfortable and shower hot. It had coffee facilities but no jug. It did have a kitchenette. There are luggage leaving facilities and a pantry cupboard to restock essentials.

Overall, the location of the apartment is quite good. It is within walking distance of the city center, the waterfront, and other interesting attractions.

The apartment is located in an old building and occupies the second floor. Check-in is fully automated, with no traditional reception desk. Access is provided through a mobile application, where you receive the booking details, access codes, and passwords for both the building entrance and the apartment.

However, entering the building turned into a challenge every single time. It was never clear whether the entrance door would open or not, and in most cases it took several attempts before we could get inside.

The biggest issue was the constantly running ventilation system, which cannot be turned off. The airflow is extremely strong and cold, and it is accompanied by a continuous humming noise, making it feel as if you are staying next to an electrical transformer room. Our two-day stay became a real ordeal because of the endless circulation of cold air and the constant noise.

I would also like to comment on the bedding, which had received many positive reviews. The mattress was overly soft, and the bed linen did not appear particularly new or fresh.

On the positive side, the apartment was clean. Unfortunately, cleanliness alone could not compensate for the discomfort caused by the constant cold airflow and the persistent noise.

I have no desire to return to these apartments and would not recommend them to others. Unfortunately, this stay significantly spoiled our trip.
