Great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was very adequate. We booked the family room which was perfect.
The breakfast spread was very good.
Tiny minor point was it took a long time for the lift to come at checkout time, as the people from different floors were coming and going for breakfast at same time.
Interior is so nice as well as staff who more more than helpful. Even though hotel is located in most attractive spot in Hanoi, big issue is nearby “restaurants” and local food sellers because both fresh and cooked meat and meals stays outdoor on 35+ degrees and smell is so terrible that as soon as you step out of hotel, you can’t breathe.
Everything else was very good.
The staff was really nice and helpful. They gave you lots of tips and helpful restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself was gorgeous. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
It's a relatively new hotel so sometimes service is a bit slow but they more than make up for that.

Amazing views! And the rooms were lovely, the whole hotel was clearly decorated with great care and elegance.
Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast buffet, is super centrally located (yet quiet). The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from the moment we walked in.

Great place and perfect location in the centre of old quarter . Well skilled and helpful reception, fantastic hosts .Generous breakfast and lovely interior- very traditional.
Some staff members had problems with understanding very simple basic English.Cleaners did not clean the room daily -as promised- and not provided bottled water or fresh towels every day. Had to ask for toilet paper at reception 😊turning lights off at sky bar/ roof top around 11 pm and leaving guests sitting in a darkness was at least not nice strange behaviour.
