Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

There is always someone on reception to help you out and they are always cheerful.

The Spa staff were great and I had a wonderful 75 minute full body massage with hot rocks. Could happily have one of those every day 😊

Great hotel with lovely staff and great location
Pros:

The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location was great and easy to walk to most things. Surrounded by great places to eat.

The breakfast selection was great. And the bar is very pretty.

Had an absolutely amazing full body massage with hot stones which I would 100% do again.

Cons:

The fire exit sign was inside my room so I had to cover it with a towel as it was like having my own bright green moon all night.

The WiFi did not reach my room properly (was ok in the restaurant etc) so ended up having to use my 5G the whole time.

A calm stay
Pros:

Location is great as its tucked away a little bit and very quiet and calm in the hotel! Only thing is cars cant get down that alley but bikes can and there is a place to pull in for taxis and grabs literally 2 mins away. Room was lovely clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely ,friendly and very helpful. Rooftop bar is lovely and drinks were fab!

Cons:

The aircon was a little hit and miss as the room could still get a little hot at some stages during the night

Gelungener Start in unsere Vietnam Rundreise
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und gutes Englisch. Sauber und ordentlich Zimmer, nicht riesig aber groß genug, da man sowieso viel draußen ist. Gemütliches Bett. Frühstück lecker, westlich und asiatische Auswahl. Rooftop Bar toller Blick und gute Cocktails. Wir fanden fanden die Lage im Old Quarter perfekt. Etwas versteckt in der kleinen Gasse, aber hat was. Für uns war es kein Problem noch ein paar Meter zu gehen. Da wir den Nachtzug nach Sapa ab Hanoi genommen haben, durften wir später noch im Spa duschen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

WOW best hotel in Hanoi we had a fantastic stay.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Full of old world charm and antiques. The room was really comfortable the air con was excellent and very much needed after a day out in Hanoi or a trip. The breakfast was the best I have ever had fresh omelettes cooked to order and a large selection of local and western produce.

The hotel is located in the old quarter so a short walk to restaurants bars and shopping. So it perfectly located for sightseeing

The best thing about the property was the staff. So helpful and Anna who looked after us was so kind and full of advice. She took care of everything and a true credit to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing loved all of it.

Pros:

Отличная локация, красивый стилизованный отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал - за них отдельно все 10 звезд. Все чисто, с заботой о гостях.

Cons:

Нужно добавить пару крючков в ванную комнату, потому что их там вообще нет, полотенца некуда деть совсем. В завтраки можно добавить рыбные позиции, чтобы было не только мясо/яйца, но это не критично.

Best hotel in Hanoi!
Pros:

Best sky bar, hospitality/service, and rooms!

We loved the bathrooms and the huge wooden bathtubs, the breakfast/dinner, and happy hour. The staff- Anna, Daniel, Tom- we’re also exceptional. I will certainly book this whenever I come back to Hanoi.
