Perfect location!
Pros:

The location was amazing. Being right in the middle of the old town, we could easily go out for a couples of hours then head back to the hotel to cool down in the aircon. Breakfast was amazing, a great selection of buffet. And the staff were super helpful, in particular Anna. Clean rooms and would highly recommend this hotel. One of our best stays so far.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé le personnel qui était très aimable et accueillant. La chambre était très confortable et la clim fonctionnait à merveille (heureusement avec ces fortes températures à l’extérieur).
Le petit dej parfait.
L’hôtel en lui même est très beau et bien entretenu et le roof top offre une vue imprenable sur la ville.
Le rapport qualité-prix étant excellent, je vous conseille vivement de séjourner dans cet hôtel !

Outside one window was rubbish and water tanks
Pros:

It was close to the lake

Cons:

I stayed one week and they didn't change the duvet cover or the pillow cases. Also the duvet itself was dirty.

The staff were very friendly, communication in English was easy, and the hotel’s location was excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms were very old and had visible moisture and dampness on the walls. I changed rooms and paid extra for an upgrade, but the upgraded room was still not in good condition.

The hotel is also difficult to reach by car because the surrounding streets are extremely narrow, and cars cannot park close to the entrance. Additionally, nearby local shops cook directly on the street from morning until night, creating strong and unpleasant smells around the hotel.

Overall, the friendly staff and convenient location were positive, but the condition of the rooms, difficult vehicle access, and surrounding smells negatively affected our stay.

Overall a very good stay at Hanoi
Pros:

The property is good and close the market, all shopping experience is very close by. The lake was also very close for walk or run, I will say all the required stuffs were close by. The breakfast place at 12th floor was very nice.

Cons:

The mutton, beef and non vegetarian items selling outside the hotel was biggest problem for all of us.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für 2-3 Tage im Zentrum der Altstadt, so dass man das Leben dort direkt erleben kann.
Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten im Zentrum, daher gute Lage.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kamen morgens um 6 Uhr an und uns wurde das Zimmer schon um 12 Uhr kostenfrei bereitgestellt und zur zeitlichen Überbrückung hat uns der Hotel-Manager kostenlos zum Frühstück eingeladen, welches wirklich gut war.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu und somit gibt es Kleinigkeiten zum renovieren. Insbesondere war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, so dass man dieses nachts nicht benutzen konnte.
