Beautiful stay in Hanoi center
Pros:

An authentic hotel in the heart of the French Quarter
Nice decor and very friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff is accommodating and give water everyday
Miss Anna was the delight of the stay, helpful kind and very welcoming. We will come back

Cons:

The rooms can be a little dusted due to the furnitures being woods.

A really well located hotel
Pros:

The property is very well located, close to the lake and close to everything in the old quarter. Easy to go.

Cons:

The A/C was not working in the first room but after a relocation it was perfect.

A wonderful hotel
Pros:

This hotel had a great vibe, located close to some of the must see places. The rooftop bar and restaurant are both fantastic.

The team were awesome, every single one of them were friendly and very helpful. A special mention to Jamie, she was superb.

Pros:

Kecho has gorgeous decor and a rooftop that makes all other bars in town seem terrible. The rooms are lovely and the staff is super kind. It is in a great area of old town, which we can say after walking all over the area.

Cons:

The hotel entrance was on an alley full of shops where locals were processing meat. If the sights and smells of lots of raw meat offend you, you might not like the walk to and from the front entrance. We actually found it really interesting.

Everything you could expect from a 5-star hotel
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful with traditional style decoration, the room was perfectly clean and had A/C, the staff spoke good English, and were very kind and super helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooftop is lovely decorated and has a wide variety of drinks. Additionally, the hotel is right in the old quarter, so most things are just a short walking distance. Finally, the hotel is very well prepared for blackouts, because there was a blackout during the night for some time, but in the hotel it just lasted a couple of seconds. Everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel, this one has it.

Exceptional staff, a hotel rich in decorative character and a great location
Pros:

Firstly the staff were first class. The customer service and hospitality shown was exceptional throughout. As a non-Vietnamese speaker I was truly grateful for them speaking in English with great fluency. The location was good. Although initially I had difficulty finding the property as its down a narrow side street that can only be reached either on foot or by moped, after a few days not only could I easily find the property because I had found my bearings around the Old Quarter, I actually valued that it was slightly off the beaten path and not in the midst of the busy, chaotic streets of the Old Quarter. The hotel decoration is rich in character and the rooftop views are excellent.

Cons:

Having booked a Suite I did expect the room to be a touch larger. I travelled during May so it was incredibly hot and unfortunately the air conditioning only cooled the area directly beneath the unit. Be that as it may, the staff kindly provided me with a second key card to cool the room when I was out and they also provided me with a fan which made the remainder of my stay much more comfortable.
