Okay but I would look for something better.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. Very professional and welcoming.

Cons:

It’s a budget hotel. Thin hard towels, hard pillows, no hot water in hand basin, no plug for hand basin, noisy aircon unit outside window, aircon in room over bed so cold air drops on bed, thin blind so room light. Ceiling smoke alarm flashes every 10 seconds. This place really needs an upgrade. I stayed at a cheaper older place near centre that had better facilities.

Cons:

Unser Fenster war direkt bei der Klimaanlage, was gut hörbar war, aber wir konnten trotzdem schlafen.

Excellent hospitality, warm service, and a perfect location in Nimman.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the heart of Nimman, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. However, what impressed me the most was the staff. Every time I stay here, the team always welcomes me warmly and makes me feel comfortable from the moment I arrive. I would especially like to thank the check-in staff for their sincere, friendly, and attentive service. Their hospitality is one of the main reasons why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Chiang Mai.

Awesome and filled with great memories. I love Chiang Mai
Pros:

Wonderful and great price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Best location and some restaurant open to 2am just across the street not too far away. The laundry service was awesome. Overall I'm so happy to choose this locations in Chiang Mai. Close to Maya shopping center as well.

Not very good
Pros:

The location is good , very closed to central niman

Cons:

The rooms was not very clean , i did a booking on the rooms with tubs but the water was not hot and called the staff to fixed but the staff that came up was a security guard which i felt was extremely unprofessional and the problem was not fixed with no compensation.
