Pros:

Отличный отель, всё очень понравилось. Приятная женщина на ресепшене, спасибо ей, всё очень чисто, прекрасное месторасположение! Обязательно буду возвращаться сюда ещё, рекомендую

Все чудово.
Pros:

Тихо, спокійно, чисто. У номері є все для комфортного проживання: фен, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, засоби гігієни, чисті рушники та постіль, безкоштовний WiFi.

Гарна квартира,дуже чисто та затишно. Зручне ліжко, є все необхідне для перебування. Розташування супер, поруч є магазини та метро. Адміністрація дозволила заселитись раніше дозволеного часу.
Важливий нюанс, який комусь стане в нагоді, квартира на 4 поверсі, будинок без ліфта. З важким багажем підйом може стати викликом, майте це на увазі.
Квартиру рекомендую.

I absolutely love this place—perfect location, great price, and I always enjoy staying here!
Pros:

I absolutely love this hotel! The owner is incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and always responds to my questions quickly. This isn't my first stay here, and every visit has been a wonderful experience.

The location is perfect for a short trip to Kyiv, with easy access to the city's main attractions. An especially important advantage is the underground shelter, which is located just a one-minute walk from the hotel, providing extra peace of mind.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only minor issue I experienced was that the Wi-Fi connection could occasionally be a bit unstable, likely because my room was the last one at the end of the hallway. That said, I truly appreciated having Wi-Fi available at all, especially given the current circumstances in the country.

The air conditioner was also somewhat noisy. However, I completely understand that maintenance and upgrades may not always be a priority or possible while Ukraine is facing the challenges of war. These were very small inconveniences and did not take away from my overall positive experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Близько до метро і Хрещатику , розташування дуже зручне

Жахливо тхнуло каналізацією неможливо було знаходитись а з вікном відчиненим холодно спати
