A bit expensive price for a single person

There are cockroaches in the accommodation; the hairdryer didn't work, and the landlady ignored this; the room couldn't be locked from the inside, and this was also ignored. The hotel is located very close to the railway and a noisy highway, so it is not suitable for light sleepers. The landlady will try to push various extra services on you, which is very intrusive and unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very hostile, unpleasant and aggressive business owner. I didn't saw him, we talked at audiocall at whatsapp. I booked my room via booking service we agreed that I'll come at 13:00 for checkin( he has that option) , I've thought that already payed for room but I've mistaken.That was just reservation for booking service, I apologized for that. I wanted to pay by credit card - but that option is abscent there, I've payed by cash then and asked for invoice receipt. Somehow that was problematic for owner. He said that I'm a liar, that I want to live for free at his property and he doesn't give receipt ticket. After that He said : "you can live property, and find another place". I said: I've already paid for that so why? He said: I'dont have time for you, please leave, I'll return you money. I didn't want that, was tired after road and told him that I gonna to stay anyway. He told me then: Well you must leave now, we have checkin from only 14:00, go from hotel now and return after 14:00. This was last straw for me, so I Ieft this hotel. Even didn't give me opportunity to order taxi at reception, this was a hot day above 34 degreez celcium, so I did it myself at the street. So I don't recommend to anyone to deal with this hotel and bussines owner. Just wasted time and money.

Разруха, в номере и в отеле пауки и другие насекомые. При отмене брони с меня взяли 320 лари за отмену бронирования. В номере я находился менее 5 минут, которых мне хватило.
