Жахливий готель, При заселенні о 14.30 на рецепції не було нікого, довелося телефонувати й чекати 20 хв.

Бруд в номері (на приліжковій тумбі хтось лишив свої вії )
Сніданок (заявлено з 7.00 до 9.00 але о вже 8.30 пусті столи й персонал за це зовсім не переймався)

Good location is only privilege of this hotel

Cons:

Stinky room with stains on bed , no water /coffee , cleaning service enter the room without knocking and doesn't know when guest need to check out , also stole my phone charger and ignored me when asked to return . I've booked a room week before travel and they said there is no free room and replaced me to other hotel

Pros:

Byli jsem spokojeni s ubytováním včetně snídaně - ocenili jsme hlavně lokalitu v centru města, čistotu pokoje, příjemný personál a cenu odpovídající skromnějšímu vybavení.

Naprosto otřesné, rozbitý nábytek, na dvoulůžkovém pokoji De luxe jen jedna špinavá deka a jeden polštář, plesnivý chleba na snídani. Nikdy více, fakt mega hnus!!!

Již se sem rozhodně nevrátíme..

Hotel byl v centru, takže dobrý dostupnost.

Cons:

Bohužel hotel má svoji slávu asi za sebou. Pokoj byl malinky, postel 140 cm, což pro pár bylo docela náročné, povlečení každé jiné, fleky po zatečení u oken. Stará hlučná lednice, která se zapínala kdykoliv, nefungovala televize a e sprše nebyl sprchový gel ani osušky. Při reklamaci, nám bylo sděleno, že televize nejde, tečka a osušky nedávají neb to není ekologické??? Vzala jsem tedy do páru pro mne a muže jednu, ale rozhodně sem již nezavítáme. Cestujeme hodně po světě i Čechách ale tohle jsme ještě nezažili. Při odjezdu na recepci nikdo nebyl, klíče jsme položili na pult a odjeli...

Cons:

Klíče od pokoje nebyly k dispozici, teprve je recepční hledala. Na posteli matrace větší o dost než velikost postele. Heslo na wifi které jsme obdrželi bylo k ničemu nešlo připojit. Restaurace avizovaná na webu nebyla otevřena. Rodina která přijela po nás, neměli je ani v sytému. Uz nikdy více. Určitě to není ubytování hotelového typu.
