Servicio Excelente
Pros:

El servicio excelente, ubicación excelente, las habitaciones en perfecto estado, buen aire acondicionado. Las instalaciones del hotel en buen estado.

Cons:

Lo único que no me agradó fue que el hotel ofrece la modalidad de day pass, lo que permite que personas que no se hospedan puedan acceder a ciertas instalaciones, incluyendo alimentos, bebidas, la piscina y el club de playa. Esto ocasionó una mayor afluencia de personas y, en algunos momentos, afectó el ambiente de tranquilidad y descanso que buscábamos.

Sin embargo, observamos que la piscina y el bar ubicados en el segundo piso son de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes del hotel. Gracias a ello, estas áreas permanecían mucho más tranquilas y con menor concentración de personas, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de una experiencia más relajada y descansar cómodamente

Se nota mucho el trato de los meseros hacia los extranjeros, son mas serviciales.
Se supone que ya se pagaron las propinas, y todos los empleados esperaban una.

Love this hotel!
Pros:

It’s so well located! You can either enjoy the pool or go down to the beach within 5 minutes!

The views from my room were absolutely beautiful!!

The food was good and the staff, although not everyone, were very kind!
Shout out to Andrea, I think it’s her name. She was the night shift receptionist and she was a solid 10! 100 stars to her! So proactive and attentive. Always willing to help and serve.
I loved this hotel!

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed ever!

Pros:

El Servicio la amabilidad del los trabajadores, en especial la recepcionista siempre muy amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Quizás en el restaurante el desayuno tardado, se agradece que se dé a la carta pero uno de los días de mi estancia se tardo tanto y había mucha gente lo que revaso al personal.

Club de playa
Pros:

Tiene excelentes instalaciones, precioso, la gente es muy linda

Cons:

Que no te den preferencia a entrar al club de playa con respecto a Binigenda, a veces los hospedados en Niru no alcanzabamos lugar en el club o en los camastros y que chiste tenia estar hospedados ahi,

A bit of a disappointment
Pros:

Bed was comfortable; outdoor space was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Pools very good.

Cons:

Servers in restaurant were good but not up to par for the money spent. Ditto food.
No juices! In Mexico??
Espresso machine not available for breakfast - why not? Occasionally available at dinner.

Great stay
Pros:

Location was perfect for the beach and walking to markets, shops and restaurants. The room was amazing.
The members only pool and restaurant area was great and quiet. Liked that it is a smaller resort

Cons:

Staying for a week, the dinner menu was a little too repetitive.

Will not be rebooking
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, although did not like the a joining room style as I could my neighbours much too easily. Sound carried easily from neighbours between the thin door on top of the outside construction and the beach noise.

Cons:

We were not able to get the entire stay of our booking as things were double booked, so we only stayed for 4 nights and had to move elsewhere. And then come our check out which was for 12:00, we brought our bags down to the front desk as we were finished in the room around 10:30, to let maids clean and be considerate. As we planned to enjoy the remainder of the time before check out at the pool until 12:00. They cut my partners wristband off while I was at the pool and came up with scissors to take my band, I was firm in saying no we will leave at 12:00 but did not enjoy being treated like a criminal. It was embarrassing. Next time I’ll leave our bags in our room until 12:00 so we can stay until check out and not consider their time since they did not consider ours and what we had paid for. They tried to sell a day pass to my partner instead of letting us finish the last hour and half of our time.

They advertise it as a boutique resort- which in fact the pool club and other facilities are shared by multiple resorts in the same company. I wouldn’t consider that a boutique style, unless you just stick to the small pool and single restaurant.

Pros:

The property is fantastic! Our stay began with such a warm check in and the lovely AMADO who helped us to our rooms and was a delight to meet everyday! He is amazing!
The room was just stunning and the views, wow!
Breakfast was quite good, and the dinner was good as well! Dinner menu didn't change for the five nights we were there...
Drinks are a hit or miss.. one of the bartenders at the beach bar spoilt us with amazing cocktails!
Other cocktails were average but just fine!
Lunch is very average - buffet style.
The housekeeping was fantastic as well!

Cons:

What we really didn't like is, that the big hotel pool was open to the public if they bought a day pass. For the price a hotel guest pays, the swimming pool should be exclusive to the guests..this is what other other hotel guests felt as well! The beach is not private either...
We felt if you didn't tip the servers every time you didn't get the same treatment as those who did....

The hotel is nice, all the workers are excellent, with good service in the restaurant. The lady that clean our room was perfect every day
I don't think that the value of the money paid for all-inclusive food is not was what I was expecting. I thought we would have some Oaxacan traditional real food, but the breakfast was all right, and the coffee was just water. I like my coffee strong, I think they can afored a expresso machine, the dinner its the same dishes every night, the only good thing it was the ribeye one night. I asked for a different type of meat, and it was the ribeye with some pure just on top of it. The same meat has no flavor
. The beach in the pictures looks so nice empty if youre imagine youre self on the beach, just relax, this place is not for you. We can't even walk with all the people was on the beach, and I'm ok with the people being on the beach i just i wish I knew overall was ok not my type of vacations
