Maison Hotel DDP

현관문이 매끄럽지못해 열고닫을때 소리가 났고
객실과 화장실 청소상태가 매우매우 아쉬웠습니다.
방음은 전혀 되지않았고, 밤 11시를 한참 지나서까지
세탁.건조기 돌아가는 소리처럼 쿵쿵소리가 계속되어 불편했습니다.

rooms are very old and has insects all over the room, there’s black mold everywhere

When we came to the hotel, we had'nt have the checkin codes for our rooms on time. It took time to contact, as the whatsapp number was not correct Took 2 hpurs to get the code. Annoying!

Breakfast was instead of the official info not existing. Only toast and toaster were there. No coffee or tee, no juice or anything else.

No response after complains.

Suddenly a mistake gave the room number. When we are open git guests inside the room. The guests also get the same room with us. I can't accept this mistake even though they already gave us another room. It's so shameless for us. My kids room is like a store room.

フロント常駐との情報がありましたが実際は無人。到着したらSMS等で名前を送ると部屋を教えて貰えるのですが、それも電話しないと分かりません。日本語が通じるかは怪しいです。部屋はお湯が出ませんでした。床には誰かの髪の毛やホコリが多く、ゴキブリの足が落ちているのも見つけてしまいました。

Wasn't easy to get in touch with staff, who we never saw, but could only phone. There was a code to get into the door, that we didn't know when we arrived, and getting in touch with them required more than one call.

Lastimosamente el baño tenía un olor muy feo, debido a que todo se mojaba cuando uno se bañaba, en la habitación habían demasiado mosquitos y el desayuno era solo unas tajadas de pan nada más, por lo que no desayuno ningún día.

The room cleaning service was not good. I had to ask for it multiple times, and in my 7 days was only provided on the 6th day. Even after cleaning, the room was still not clean; there was still dust in the air. There was no separate kitchen area. In the name of breakfast, they only provided bread and jam.

La colazione è inestistente (pane e marmellata risalenti a chissà quando lasciati in frigo).

打扫没干净，床上还有上一任用过的美瞳，厕所门边还有蜘蛛网，超级脏，实在受不了了，直接提前退房，酒店也不接受退款，只能送她一晚上房费，太恶心了。

Extremely limited space in the room and no ventilator fan in the bathroom. Also no shelf in the room nor bathroom.

The toilet was broken (wouldn't flush). We notified the staff in the afternoon at 3pm and someone came to fix it the same day but from what I remember that was after 10pm which is quite an inconvenient time. The thing that holds the showerhead was broken. The key to the place was really hard to fit into the keyhole and I think it might break off inside the keyhole soon. The following part was to be expected but there is pretty much zero space on the floor. We travelled with bags only but a suitcase would be hard to open. The room is not soundproof at all. Car and motorcycle sounds will sound very loud and if there are other guests in the hallway you can hear every word and every step. There was no handsoap. The wallpaper towards the bottom is starting to come off. We paid roughly 350.000 Won (roughly 200€) to stay at this place for three nights which was cheaper compared to other places but I think this price is way too high considering the overall state of the room.
