Modern facilities, ease, comfort. The staff were lovely as well and very helpful to us as we did not speak the language.
The rooms were clean and housekeeping came daily to change towels, make the bed, and refill water bottles. The location is also very convenient with a supermarket, several convenience stores and restaurants all within 5 minute or less by foot.
The room was clean, but the stay was disappointing overall. There was a strong cigarette smell that didn’t go away, especially since the room had no windows and poor ventilation. It also felt very humid all the time.
Room has visible black mold on the walls and some furniture. I asked to change rooms because of the smell but there were no alternatives available within the same price range.

Location
The female front desk staff is awful and nightmare. She is intimidating, threatening and unwelcoming. This is the worst experience I ever had in this city. Because of her bad attitude, I didn’t stay for even one night even I was threatened to pay the whole amount which it’s not true. She is not willing to help in anyway and arguing in every request I was asking for. Terrible human being. A big contrast to other hotel staff manners I had in China. The guy is friendly and normal though, unfortunately, he only came out when I decided to leave but refused to refund.
Staff was really nice. The location was really good. 7 Line Metro Station, Family Mart was close. We managed to order food and drinks to the hotel too. Bed was super comfortable.
The first room we got had no bathroom door. Just a glass wall, and a walk in bathroom. Not just the shower, but the toilet too... Also had no Wifi.
But we asked for a new room, and we got one immediately, so yeah!
On the street by the hotel there is a display of Ferraries, Lamborghini and Rols Roos. And there is a good restaurant.
The room is small no windows and the internet most of the time doesn’t work. They over charged me ( like double)
Excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pretty receptionist even helped booking taxi’s multiple times. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Shanghai is a beautiful city.
Non ho fatto colazione nella struttura. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottimale perchè si è vicini a tutto tanto che sono riuscita liberamente a girare qualche zona a piedi e rientrare a piedi alla struttura. Zona molto tranquilla, come del resto tutta la città, e ben servita di negozi, ristoranti, bar eccetera. Consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ogni giorno asciugamani nuovi, come pantofole e servizio reception 24 su 24

L'humidité dans la chambre, la difficulté à régler la température de l'eau, le plafond très bas dans la douche/toilette.
Our room absolutely stunk of smoke, we thought it was the bedsheets but realised when we went to bed smoke smell from somewhere was seeping through the ventilation.

Staff were not welcoming at all, no smile, no English, charged a huge surcharge to use card.
Just a disappointing stay overall
The room was clean and comfortable and the location was near some cool shops and bars. The staff were lovely and even upgraded our room for free when they realised I’d booked one too small.
