Понравилось практически всё: комфортный номер, чистота на высоком уровне, в целом приятная атмосфера проживания.

Cons:

Серьёзно разочаровал подход к базовым вещам — в отеле установлен лимит на питьевую воду (две бутылки по 0,5 в день), о чём заранее не предупреждают. В ситуации, когда мне было плохо и нужно было запить лекарства, вместо элементарной помощи пришлось несколько раз обращаться, и один из сотрудников отреагировал крайне формально и без должного внимания. Воду в итоге дали, но только после настойчивых просьб. Считаю, что подобная экономия на базовых потребностях гостя и отсутствие клиентоориентированности недопустимы для отеля такого уровня.

Pool und Sauna waren ein nettes Plus, Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Nicht völlig sauberes Zimmer, Spa war etwas klein, sodass es eng wurde, sobald andere Gäste kamen (es gab zB nur drei Liegen und es finden derzeit Umbaumaßnahmen statt)

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, тихий центр. Большой удобный номер. Останавливаюсь второй раз.

Cons:

Сервис немного пострадал в этот раз. Плохая уборка, все время приходилось показывать где не до убрали. Не работал кондиционер. Заедает смеситель в душе. Не своевременная смена белья. Для VIP номера - это конечно не допустимо. Однако отель этот полюбился, думаю сервис подтянут ;)

Есть бассейн, сауна, на завтрак готовят кофе

Cons:

Почему-то сломалась система кондиционирования и всю ночь дуло на +17, она не отключалась, было холодно спать. Сообщили на ресепшен, обещали поправить, но в итоге ничего не сделали

L’eau de la douche était brûlante , impossible à régler, climatisation très faible
