Мы были в номерах Vip1 и Vip2 оба номера очень просторные, отлично подходит для семьи с детьми.

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Lage war ok, Seitenstraße, relativ ruhig, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum zB Chorsu Basar und nicht weit weg vom Flughafen.

Cons:

Es sollte deutlich geschrieben stehen, daß nur mit Bargeld bezahlt werden kann. Das stand wohl irgendwo im Kleingedruckten. Euro wurde akzeptiert. Bettzeug war nicht sauber, Betten hart, haben gequietscht. Die Matratzen fleckig. Frühstück, kaum was für meinen Geschmack dabei. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Bad hat gemüffelt. Da hatten wir schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte in Usbekistan, zB in Buchara, preislich identisch aber deutlich besser. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Недалеко от центра, на такси очень быстро можно доехать. Чисто, номера большие, ребята ресепшен сразу откликаются на просьбы, внимательные, вежливые.

Cons:

Шумоизоляции просто не существует, слышимость в номерах самый главный минус. Завтраки скромные.

Pros:

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The family room we had was essentially a very large apartament, everything was very clean and new. But most importantly, I was impressed with the kindness of the staff. My 2-year old daughter broke her leg while we were staying at the property and the people working at the reception that night offered their help to take us to the hospital. Ali went with us and stayed at the hospital with us ensuring we know where to go and helped explain our needs to the medical personnel. I am so deeply grated for the care and support we received at that hotel.

なんだかんだで次回もここにするかも
Pros:

二度目の宿泊です
前回ホテルの方の応対が親切でしたので今回もこちらに決めました
今回感じたのはハウスキーパーさんの掃除の念入りさ、フレンドリーさ
一部屋の掃除が丁寧に感じました
そしてなんて会話したわけではないのですが親切な対応になんか和みました

Приятный отель
Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города, номер был чистым и уютным, красивая сантехника . Кровать немного жестковата и скрипит. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный . Персонал доброжелательный. До достопримечательностей ездили на такси.
