立地も良い
樟葉駅を出て左、自転車置き場のある細い路地か、くずはモールを通り抜けると近い。

朝食が無料、駅から近い徒歩４分、部屋が広い、施設全体が新しいので清潔、駐車場が１日1000円で出入り自由(近くにくずはモールがあるので、コインパーキングも１日1,000円かかる)(チェックアウト後も15時まで停めさせてくれた)
スタッフも親切！

一泊だったらコスパ最高！
Pros:

部屋は十分な広さで、清潔で、シャワーが使いやすく、トイレもシャワーとはドアで分けられ、広くて気持ちがよかったです。駅にも近く、樟葉モールが便利です。ダイソーも本屋もその他もろもろのお店がそろっていて、ロケーションは抜群です。値段もお安く、枚方市に行くと最低でも一泊単価が3000円ほど高くなってしまうので、コスパは大変良かったです。大阪にも京都にも出られて、便利な駅のそばにあるシンプルなホテルです。

Cons:

やはり、連泊だとシーツ交換、清掃がないことです。ゴミ箱がいっぱいになり、少し困りました。タオル・バスタオルとバスマットはドアノブに要請の札を下げれば替えを下げてくれます。バスタブがないのは人によっては低評価につながると思いますが、僕は気になりませんでした。壁のテレビがアンドロイドテレビで、一般のテレビ放送が見られないのは残念でした。無料朝食のレベルがもう少し上がればよいのですが。

この近辺は枚方サンプラザホテルしかありませんでしたので助かります。
Pros:

駅近でくずはモールが近くお買い物にも便利。
こじんまりしていて使いやすい。
お掃除が行き届いている。
フロントスタッフの方が感じが良い。

Cons:

バスタブが無い。
テレビはあるが 地上波、BS放送が見られない。
(これらは承知の上で宿泊しました)

駅から近い！お金もお得！清潔でした。

Cons:

アメニティがほぼ無くて、リンスインシャンプーだったので、髪がガシガシのまま帰りました。
でも、自分で準備すべきかなと思います(笑)
