Amazing location and great staff!
Pros:

I loved loved loved the location! The staff were super nice and offered free coffee! I will say the room I had is right above a bar so it was a little noisy but that didn’t bother me because I live over a bar back in the states so I’m used to it. But if you’re not you might want to check which room you’ll have beforehand!

Cons:

The room I had needs a little paint on the wall but other than that it was great!

Inmersión en Xi'an
Pros:

El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar, el idioma no fue un problema porque en todo momento buscaron la manera de que nos entendieramos. La ubicación perfecta a escasos 10 metros de la Muralla de la ciudad antigua y cerca de zonas donde c9mrt y tomar algo. Comida Tradicional y moderna

Nice boutique hotel

Cons:

Make sure that you request a room that does not face the street. There are two bars with outdoor live music competing to be the loudest - impossible to sleep.
After the first night we got a new room and that was great. Thanks again to the staff.
The hotel does not offer breakfast.

Céntrico y perfecto
Pros:

La ubicación es muy céntrica. Es como estar en el barrio de Chueca de Madrid, súper ambiente a un minuto. El personal genial, nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto, muy atentos y puntuales. Todo perfecto. Nos cambiaron de apartamento para no tener ruido ambiental del exterior. Todo sencillo, te envían código para acceder y no hace falta llave. Muy fácil todo el check in y check out.

Cons:

El portal deja mucho que desear, pero el apartamento está muy bien.

Nice staff, nice location and good coffee
Pros:

The room was big and well equipped. The staff was nice and attentive. The location is very good. The terrace has a fantastic view from where to have a nice coffee (they have good coffee).

Cons:

It is a busy street so it was noisy until certain hour, then it was quiet. Anyway, the hotel gently offered us to change to a quieter room but we denied, cause we could easily deal with the atmosphere of the street and we preferred to have the views of the wall.

Piccolo gioiello di hotel ad un passo dalla bellissima porta sud dentro le mura di Xi’An
Camera grandissima mansardata molto particolare , con splendido arredo e architettura orientale, letto grande e comodissimo, abbaino con vista sui tetti della città e sulla porta sud illuminata la sera
Personale gentilissimo ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta, nell’hotel c’è anche un bar dove ci hanno offerto un ottimo caffè espresso, e abbiamo bevuto un ottimo cappuccino la mattina
Location comodissima centralissima ad un passo a piedi dalla porta sud e dalla via pedonale degli artisti di Xi’An , un piccolo quartiere tranquillo con bei negozietti di artigianato locale e dipinti, dove con pochi passi a piedi si trova ogni genere di ottimi ristoranti e locali dove bere un drink, e si sale sulle mura per una bella passeggiata con vista sui tetti della città antica e moderna

Das Hotel hat das versprochen, was publiziert ist. Sehr freundliches Personal und man kann auch ab 08.30 Uhr für einen Aufpreis Frühstück am Vortag bestellen.

Leider keine Zimmerreinigung - womöglich vergessen.

We had a great stay at the Joke Inn, Xi'an is wonderful and so is the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location near the south gate to the city, although in a party location which might not suit families with young children (we had 3 teenagers so no problem). The staff was helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Cons:

All was good.

Perfect stay inside the city walls.
Pros:

It was in a great location. Plenty of space for our family of five. We caught up on our washing by using the washing machine and all clothes dried quickly. Perfect facilities.
