Stunning views from room
Pros:

So much to like:

- great location away from the main square but only a few minutes walk
- stunning view of Pinkuylluna from our bedroom
- good breakfast
- friendly staff
- comfortable bed
- extra blankets available on request (it’s in the mountains and gets chilly everywhere in the evening)
- nice hot shower

Cons:

- Sound does travel a little in the house especially if other guests are not aware of their surroundings
- can be chilly as no heating but that seems to be everywhere in sacred valley

Pros:

ホストの気遣いがとても良く、早い時間に出発する時も朝ごはんを袋に入れて持たせてくれたり、トラブルがあった際は細かいところまで対応してくれました。ホストの人柄に感動しました。また戻りたいです。

Cons:

ホテルのご近所さんが人を噛む犬を飼っていて、ホテルに泊まっていた人がホテルの入口近くでその犬に噛まれた時、ご近所さんとのトラブルを避けるため正式に訴えを起こさなかったことに少しがっかりしました。これによって発生したお金などの負担は全てカバーしてくれたものの、プランが崩れて精神的にも肉体的にも疲れました。

Hermosa habitación, excelentes colchón y ducha, desayuno básico pero completo (frutas, fiambres, cereales, panes, panificados, yogur, infusiones, café, leche, manteca, mermeladas, huevos), cercanía del centro de Ollantaytambo y tranquilidad

Acogedor, limpio y muy buena relación precio/calidad. Volvería
Pros:

El lugar realmente es súper acogedor, muy cálido y es realmente muy bonito para la oferta de la zona. La cama, las sábanas, limpias y suaves. Dormimos muy bien y Janet se esmeró mucho por atendernos de la mejor forma. Nos esperó hasta las 1.30hrs para ingresar y nos hizo un lunch box con sándwiches muy ricos y más cosas porque salíamos a las 4.0hrs. De verdad muy recomendado y nos encantaría volver para disfrutar más del hotel.

Cons:

Que hay que subir escaleras y caminar un poquito para llegar.

Not a great experience for us ... it was noisy and cold and we left tired.
Pros:

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Pammela was really helpful, including allowing us to keep specific food items in their fridge, but she wasn't at the actual hotel and the lady at the hotel was less happy about this.

Cons:

We asked to pay by credit card and were refused but the next morning a guest was 'allowed' to pay on a card.
You could see into our shower from the stairs to the roof terrace.
Breakfast was poor ... if you were down later the food wasn't always re-filled so you did without.
The noise from the kitchen when they were preparing breakfast was really bad from about 06.30. We were woken every time their phone rang or there was anything more than a quiet conversation.
Pigeons nest in the eaves and disturbed us until very late at night and from early morning.
Our room was next to the stairs to the roof terrace for which there was no door and so when it was cold, our room got very cold.

Pros:

Wonderful clean room with hot showers. Walking distance to town center and ruins, great views of the valley. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious!

Todo! Increíble lugar, desde las instalaciones como asi también la atención fue espectacular. La habitacion muy cómoda, como asi tambien su baño que contaba con una ducha con presion y agua caliente. El desayuno tambien 10 puntos....imposible no relajarse en este lugar

Fue una buena elección.
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico y la atención estaba bien. Lo que más me gustó fue lo espaciosa de la habitación y realmente recomiendo la habitación con balcón es un extra que vale la pena.

Perfecto para Ollantaytambo
Pros:

Muy acogedor y el personal muy atento.
Se levantaron incluso antes para prepararnos el desayuno. Muy recomedable.

El acceso con auto no es posible. Solo caminando, pero está cerca.

Quarto amplo , tudo muito limpo , funcionários solícitos e educados . Saimos cedo , antes do café e nos ofereceram um Box de café da manhã . Recomendo .
