Disappointing.....
Pros:

Staff were receptive. Location reasonably close to town, however up bumpy narrow lane.

Cons:

Poorly built and maintained. Room 6. Finish rough. Doors not closing properly, Most lights not working. Power trips. Shower temperature variable (possibly pump switching on/off?). Water leaking through floor tile. Lots of steps, outside. Possibly risky in wet weather?.

Great place, nice rooms, lovely people!
Pros:

Beautiful place, very nice people, great support for arranging tickets for train to Ella, breakfast to go. Everyone tried to make our stay fantastic!
Also thanks to driver Saman who took us to the train station and even supported us into the train 💪

Good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Value for money.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and cooperative. Nothing was too much trouble.
Location, very central.

Cons:

Nothing, really. However,tThe hot water wasn’t ideal, and I had to frequently shower with cold water.
Would be great if a better hot water geyser be installed in the washrooms.

Pros:

Mooie locatie, je kon overal makkelijk naar toe lopen of er reden veel tuktuks. Waren ruime kamers met meerdere balkonnetjes en de airco deed het goed! Het personeel was vriendelijk en gaven steeds nieuwe flesjes water.

Cons:

Laat niet het hotel je taxi chauffeur boeken (of spreek vooraf een prijs af)!! Ze hebben ons bizar veel laten betalen voor maar 20 minuten. Hij vroeg ons meer dan 5 keer zoveel als pick me. Daarna vertelde hij ons dat we nog wat extra moesten betalen bij het treinstation om naar binnen te kunnen maar stak het vervolgens in eigen zak.

Daarnaast zaten er allemaal zwarte/ groen grijze vlekken op het matras- en dekbedovertrek, wat bijna leek op schimmel. In de ochtend gingen we een hike doen en we kregen ontbijt mee, dit kwam al te laat maar was ook echt niet te eten. Was zo vies dat we het niet op hebben gegeten en de hike op een lege maag deden.

Pros:

Mooie locatie op loopafstand van het centrum, maar wel lekker rustig. Personeel heel vriendelijk en een goed ontbijt s ochtends. Echt een aanrader!

De locatie was goed.

Cons:

Was niet zo netjes, zeker niet waar we ontbijt aten, daar zaten vogels en werden de tafels niet snel opgeruimd, nogal slordig.

Pros:

La atención de Ranjidh. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación y nos dio una solución rápida. Ademas nos preparo una infusión medicinal para calmar el resfriado que teníamos. Gracias Ranjidh.

Cons:

Un ruido intermitente muy desagradable que te despertaba y no te permitía descansar. Se solucionó la segunda noche con un cambio de habitación.
