صراحه كنت خايف تكون صور المعروضه غير الواقع ولكن كنت جدا محظوظ كان كل شي 100% الخدمه ولا اروع طاقم العمل من اروع ما يكون كانت الاطلاله على سطح الفندق اجمل من الجمال والاجمل فطوري بيوصلني لوحدي على طاولتي افطر وانا اشوف الاهرامات

1. خدمه نظافة الغرف 24 ساعه وخدمه كانت ممتازه جده
2. الامان كان جدا عالي من اداره الفندق وحتى في الخارج الامان عالي جدا وخيار الفندق كان مميز وقريب على متحف والهرم وركوب الخيل
3. شو ما احتاج بيوفىولي حتى لو جعت اخر الليل عندهم فطور وغدا وعشا وباي وقت
4. كتير محلات متوفره بجانب الفندق ماركت قهوه صيدليه عياده طبيه
5. استراحه رسبشن والسطح من احمل ما يكون
6. استاذ احمد والاستاذ سعد اقدم لهم كل الحب والاحترام و التقدير ولجميع طاقم العمل
7. مناشف نظيفه فرش نظيف كنب وطاولات وكل حاجه نظيفه ومعطره
فعلا كانت اجمل واروع اقامه واكيد في زياره ثانيه انا وعائلتي

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located!* We loved everything about Aziz Misr Pyramids Hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and treated us like family, the location boasted a stunning view of the pyramids, breakfast was included, and the property featured a beautiful garden. We were just minutes away from cafes and shops, and the Pyramids area was easily accessible by public transport. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and we felt so much better and more relaxed after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality – we highly recommend this place to everyone.

More than a hotel-more than staff <3
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and they made us feel at home. Youssef became our friend, and guide around Cairo. He was amazing and helped us around the city many times even when he was off work. Diana and Basmala are such amazing women. The staff definitely made this stay a 5 star experience and we felt like we became a family during our short stay. They always found time to accommodate us, to keep us company and recommend attractions or foods.
The rooftop view was beautiful, we got to hear the entire city cheer for their Egyptian soccer team - what an experience! They also prepared a birthday surprise for my dad, whom was extremely touched with their kindness and friendliness. They got a cake and fireworks for him, and organized a cute celebration. My dad will forever cherish his memories at this hotel thanks to the amazing people.
We had small troubles with the room, but they were looked after upon informing the staff. The only issue was low pressure in the shower but overall, the stay was 10/10! Thank you again for having us!

فندق رائع وجميل سواء بطاقم الضيافة أو الفندق نفسه ونظافته

فندق جميل وممتاز ومرافقة سواء غرفة المبيت أو الحمام او المصعد والدرج شيء جميل جدا وكذلك النظافة الدائمه بالإضافة إلى الروف الاستثنائي والجميل باطلاتة الرائعة لمنظر الأهرامات الرائع الذي يجعلك تشعر انك في الأهرامات نفسها
الأجمل والأجمل هو طاقم الفندق الرأئع من بداية الاستقبال والمتابعة فترة الإقامة وحسن التعامل والاسلوب الجميل كلهم جميعا ربنا يبارك فيهم وأخص بالذكر استاذنا الجميل مستر أحمد وكذلك الخلوق مستر أدهم الذي اخجلنا بذوقه الجميل في التعامل والركن الكبير في تقديري لهذا الفندق يعود إلى مستر يوسف بجميل تعامله وحسن اسلوبه وحرصه على ارضائنا وسعة صدره ولم يتركنا ابدا فترة اقامتنا والمتابعة معنا في جميع الزيارات بالقاهرة اقول له شكرا كثيرا وجزاكم الله خيرا 🌸🌷

Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the hotel offered great value for money. I would especially like to thank Muhammed, Ali, and Basmala from the reception team. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. The hospitality of the entire team was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that some areas of the hotel and the room were a little dusty. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we did not experience any significant problems during our stay.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooftop area is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. I would also like to commend the receptionist, who was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was not a buffet, and the food selection was quite limited. I was expecting more variety, which would have made the experience better.

Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality of the staff. Thank you for the good service.

La vista desde la azotea y la atención del personal, Basmala ea un sol de persona
Pedí nos cambiaran de habitación ya que había en ruido extraño, y sin pensarlo nos dieron una habitación más grande !

Cons:

El servicio de comida, con respecto al almuerzo y cena es bastante lento, ya que creo ordenan de algún lugar, la comida dura más de una hora en llegar y obviamente esta algo fría.
